Apparently using gloves is not recommended at all, i talked to the manager and he was very very dismissive about it, passive aggressive about the whole situation. I have a background in food, as safety concerns GLOVES IS A MUST!!!!! NO SPECIAL TREATMENT!!!. As a victim of food poisoning I take extreme protection about my food, using your bare hands is extremely extremely unacceptable. The lady working the front said ( oh the cooks wash their hands & the gloves will melt over the grill ) Noooo, GLOVES must be worn, they will never ever have to worry about my business ever again. Folks cook your own food, stop eating out. Food poisoning, food bacteria, cross contamination is real

While not a bad piece of pizza, it certainly was not exceptional. The slice itself is half the size (and about equal the price) of the next closest pizza shop that offers them, and the slice options are limited to the unique white pizza with red sauce spiraled-on only. While crust and cheese are both fairly decent, the sauce tastes a bit more like tomato paste than a true pizza sauce. Overall an acceptable slice, but there are better options.

I used to love eating at this place . I tried giving it another shot and let me say it was bad … I ordered a small pizza and side salad. The pizza tasted like cardboard. The salad when I opened it was covered in dressing which I had asked for on the side when I ordered online and it was so much water so it was so soggy. Not going back anytime soon .

I will preface by saying we always loved the pizza from here. I'll start with that positive feedback before I rant away...and never go back.

Today was a WAY different experience. We ordered a chicken cheesesteak and a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and both sandwiches were inedible. My boyfriend's ended up with beef in it instead of chicken and immediately said it tasted weird. The chicken cheesesteak I ordered was the lowest quality chicken and when I asked if it was chunk chicken or normal chopped/fine sliced (like any philly sirloin cheesesteak) they said it was not chunks of chicken. They lied right to our faces instead of being honest. I took a bite and there was something hard and chewy in the sandwich. Nauseating.

We spent $20 (including an order of fries) and ended up throwing out the food except for the fries. For a place that makes such a good gourmet white vegetable pizza and the sauce on top plain pizza- I cannot believe how bad this experience was. I've never seen a place use liquid white American cheese on a sandwich before as they did with both of ours.

All around an awful experience. You should check the quality of the meat you serve and have higher standard for what you sell as I will never order from here again and that's sad considering how great the pizzas have always been.

Unless you want a pizza, steer clear of this place. They lie right to your face about the food when you ask a question so who knows what they consider good quality meat. When you bite into a sandwich and immediately have a bad taste- you know something is wrong.

You just lost two customers because your staff wasn't honest about the chicken cheesesteak and then also managed to screw up my boyfriend's buffalo chicken cheesesteak which should not happen. We were the only ones in the shop so the excuse of being busy or confused wouldn't...

Aramingo best pizza used to be my favorite spot to go to, but now b is completely changing, the prices are sky high for the low quality, the cheesesteaks were my go to her and the $5 dollar pizza they used to have but now they no longer have the $5 dollar pizza(which I understand) but what I don't understand is why they are being so skimpy on the steak, the cheese is not the right cheese, and the roll is literally falling apart. Always seem like some of the employees rush you off the phone or have attitude now. I do have to say I ordered yesterday and the cheese steak was so much better the steak was packed, the roll was great and the cheese was definitely a lot better I was surprised! I'm hoping they got rid or the chef that they have now is doing a lot better. The past 7 times I ordered beside yesterday everything was skimpy and rushed. I was totally surprised 😲 with quality and control of the good I received yesterday!...

Really good pizza. Has sauce and cheese on the top. Somewhat different style than some are used to but it’s a tasty pie I think. And at $1.50 a slice it’s where i run to for a quick bite. And they’re open pretty late too so that’s an advantage also. Out of the 20 pizza places around here they all aren’t so different really, but this place is unique to a classic Italian pizza shop. It’s been on Aramingo within a few blocks for the last 60 years or so. And inside there are cool photos as well of the store when it opened. Shows some of the melting pot of Port Richmond. The old days brought Germans, Irish, Italians, and now it’s more Polish and Western Europe that has immigrants living in the area. They aren’t the only ones around though. Port Richmond, Fishtown’s quiet northern neighbor. I have longtime neighbors and New Jersey renters on my block. It’s still a very diverse area. Stop in this pizza shop,...
