Over hyped. Mediocre. Too expensive. I think the reason for all the high reviews is because they currently have a sign in their store that they are giving away a free drink for every review -- but if you read the reviews, they didn't eat the food first! Great marketing but terrible ethics in the game (not honest!).
The chicken was SO greasy, the breading was falling off of the chicken and lacked flavor. If "hot" is a flavor, then they missed the mark entirely. If this was half the price, it would be worth it.
The chicken however, was extremely tender and juicy, but that is about as rave of a review that I can give.
They did have milkshakes, smoothies, and lassi, but I did not try that. If it is anything like the chicken meal I just got, I wouldn't want to waste $8 on a sad milkshake.
The service was fast, and the person behind the counter was very nice. I was surprised that there was no seats inside or outside the building. Overall, very clean establishment.
Super disappointed in the flavor and quality of the food that had high expectations...

Sad to say, but my best experience here was when they first opened. Since then they have just gradually fallen off! That first time, it was one of the BEST chicken sandwiches I'd ever had! It was the perfect amount of delicious coleslaw and sauce, and it was put together neatly and perfectly! Clearly this was a sandwich made with care!
But unfortunately, with my last several visits, the sandwiches were just slapped together as if they were slopping a hog! What's really wild is that the sandwiches were SUPER messy despite the fact they barely had any coleslaw on them!
Add to that, with the exception of my first visit, every time I go to them they take longer then expected and they mess up my order in some way! And of course there's never an apology!
This place is falling off fast, and the only reason they have 3 stars instead of 2 is because of how good they were...
