Noahs Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

On January 20th 2022 I ordered 15 chicken wings a Stromboli with chicken and a Sicilian pizza . This was my first time ordering from this establishment and it will be my last. The chicken wings had more fat and skin than it had meat and for the Stromboli my girlfriend said it was too salty and it looked sloppy from what I've seen what they suppose to look like and as for the Sicilian pizza it was too thin not what a Sicilian pizza is suppose to look like because I've had real Sicilian pizza before but now to be fair the pizza tasted fine otherwise. I called the pizza place back and spoke to the young man at the counter who took my order and expressed my dissatisfaction with my order since I spent $52 for everything I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he told me neither one was there at the time and he would have a female supervisor call me back in ten minutes that never happened . I was not also impressed with the interior either not having anything in the display case or price menu signs on the walls and no sitting tables it had a dull look. I also never seen any customers coming or going from this establishment and never heard the phone ring once while I was there before I left with my order. Now looking back that was a sign that this place was not a good place to eat and it's close to a college campus. I was excited to find a store with clean,fast,friendly and accurate service. I spoke with "Mo" a little over 2 weeks ago after I told him I found a black bug in my large cheese pizza...his response was "im sorry that happened and it won't happen again " ok....I have been ordering for some time so I said I'll still order next few times ok then I order a lunch special...he read back order saying "turkey hoagie " specifically asked with cheese right...yes...get the hoagie no cheese ...I call the store...tells me after asking...the supervisors name is Noah..."the cook said it should be cheese on there...next order $2off" however I feel not satisfied because I was treating myself to lunch and cant really enjoy. I dont know if this place is under new management but I feel I may not feel comfortable being a customer anymore. Also I feel a cold vibe when ordering from this store...recently. Delivery took 1 hr. 45 mins on a Saturday afternoon, when store is 10 min drive away from my house. The food arrived barely luke warm to cold. Pizza and chicken and rice were bland and flavorless. A large pizza is really a small. The delivery driver was not good as he called 3 times before he was actually on our street, saying to be outside. Not gonna stand in the freezing cold when you're not even on our block and he drove past the house anyway! Don't waste your time and money. Very few good delivery places in West Philly. Try Zesto's if you want fast delivery and good food. They are pricey but way better and one of only places that deliver...
