Oh please — don’t lecture me about ‘common sense’ when you literally handed us the keys, gave zero instructions, disappeared, and then came back hours later screaming like a lunatic. If your equipment is worth $20,000, maybe try running your business like a professional instead of dumping responsibility on your customers and hoping they magically read your mind.

Also, dragging in the number of guests is just desperate — we never lied and clearly said 150 and even wrote it down in our notes to remember it and you kept saying 50 it’s not our fault you have dementia it has nothing to do with how you lost your temper, trashed our decorations, humiliated people, and acted like a total bully. You were rude, aggressive, and completely out of control, and now you’re here trying to twist the story to cover your own unprofessional behavior.

Bottom line: if you can’t handle running a venue without turning into a screaming disaster, maybe you’re in the wrong business. People don’t pay good money to be threatened and disrespected. Hands down the worst venue experience I’ve ever had. We were given the keys to decorate for our event — no rules, no instructions, just ‘here you go’ and they left. We set up some harmless decorations on the stage and turned on the DJ lights to check them. Hours later, the owner storms back in acting completely unhinged, screaming at us over the decorations and lights like we trashed the place. She starts yanking our decor off the stage, throwing it on the floor like a child having a meltdown, and then has the nerve to bash us for touching the DJ booth — when they literally left us unsupervised with no explanation.

It didn’t stop there — she was screaming nonstop, cursing, threatening to hit people, and completely losing control. Who runs a business like this? Her behavior was disgusting, aggressive, and totally unprofessional. She single-handedly ruined the entire vibe and left people in tears. We ended up walking out and booking another venue on the spot because no amount of money is worth dealing with that kind of chaos.

Bottom line: stay the hell away from this place. The owner is a nightmare to deal with, and you’re better off throwing your party in a parking lot than trusting her with your event. Zero...

We recently booked this venue for an engagement party and were given the keys in advance to set up our decorations. There were no instructions, no communication, and no one present to guide us — just the keys. Naturally, we began setting up, turning on the lights and arranging decor on the stage. To our shock, a lady that was a staff member stormed in yelling and screaming at us for doing exactly what we thought we were allowed to do. Instead of speaking to us respectfully or explaining the situation, she began pulling at our decorations , nearly destroying them in the process.
