This company is now posting fake 5 star reviews below so be cautious. You will notice all the 5 star reviews have the same exact grammar mistakes like they written by the owner who is Asian.

I ordered via Eat24 yesterday. I left a review on the Eat24 platform. It was an honest constructive review.

"The food left a lot to be desired. The sesame chicken tasted like mystery meat. The sauce and flavor was good but the meat didn't taste fresh. The shrimp and lobster sauce was bland and flavorless. The only dish i did like was the tofu in garlic sauce. Finally lets talk about the sushi. its always common sense to never order sushi from a chinese restaurant. My instinct was correct. the sushi wasnt good. Wasn't rolled good either. Never order sushi from a non japanese restaurant."

A day after i posted that review this restaurant called me right now, at 11:45pm est at night asking me about my review. They asked me "how would i make the good better". Are you serious? What restaurant calls the customer about a review and asks them how to make the food better. That was really aggressive and uncalled for. If you can't take honest constructive honest feedback then you shouldn't be in business, plain and simple. I have never had a business call me at midnight and ask them about why they didn't like the food because of a review, who does that?! Completely unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past year or so, tolerating each time I place an order for delivery they never fail to be over an hour late sometimes even two hours, I accepted that because I’m assuming they are just always that busy. Now, it’s Christmas Eve and I’ve been woken up by Eric (I asked for his name ofc) not only did he call me over 5x but he also text my phone 6x threatening me to call the police over $40. The case is my credit card got stolen so any recent transactions pending over the last week were canceled for protection of my credit card, Eric was completely unprofessional via text messages not approaching the case respectfully, he could’ve went about it differently in a more positive manner especially with him texting me that he knows I eat here a lot so why treat me as if I don’t always pay. The young man that answers the phone is very rude. I have been ordering from here for years. Today I ordered a delivery he took my order and when my food arrived it was incorrect. He told me they couldnt exchange it because they dont have drivers. (When a driver litterally just left me) he then said hold on while he talks to the manager then hung up on me. I called back and said I was on hold for the manager, he said he cant hold up the line (which means he hung up on purpose) I said I want my money back. All of my money. Im on my way. Omw to the store he calls me to tell me I must return all the food. I said I have all of it. When I get to the store they literally count all the food, chicken wings, scallops etc. And then says I cant get my delivery fee back. I said he is rude and shouldn't be on the phone and I wont be back. She reluctantly gives me back my money and told me to not come back. Ha ha I already said I wont be back.
