Terrible service! My friend reserved a lounge section for his birthday. We were treated terrible from start to finish. They did not prepare for our larger party at all. We were given a little coffee table for a group of about 15, and not enough seating. When it was time to order our food, we was told that we cannot order any entrees because our party was “too large” however, there was another party right beside us that was a different color than us with entrees but whatever. Moving forward, when our food arrived not only did we not have enough space, we had to eat our food in our laps!!!! How unprofessional is that?!? I’ve never been to restaurant where I’ve had to hold hot plates in my lap and eat! We had to beg our server to give us another table, and they “allowed” about three of us to eat at a separate table for about 20 mins until another party came. The food was DISGUSTING! At this point I’m not pleased, with the food or the service. It’s now time to pay the bill and, not only we’re we rushed after spending a ton of money in this place despite the service, and nasty food but then we’re rushed by the manager who stated “ You have to leave”. Her and her staff begin to move things around in our area while some was still eating, or just simply enjoying the environment. We were not given a limit ahead of time and was not told we had to leave by a certain time to accommodate another party. The manager was very pushy, and rude. Didn’t allow us to take pictures, and ultimately kicked us out because she had another so called party coming. She also was called out for her behavior and was called racists she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. This behavior is unacceptable from a manager! The culture of this restaurant really needs to be FIXED! There’s too many bad reviews all over the internet about the service, and treatment to people of color in this place! I will never dine here or spend my money here again , because they simply don’t like my kind or want us...

Tourist be ware!!!!!! I'll tell you this because no one will share this info with you until after you order your first round of drinks or you notice the size 8 font on the menu. For every drink you order 1 food item MUST be ordered as well. This is per person!!! So if your planning on having a drink and hanging out this isn't your place.

Let me tell you about our experience. We came earlier in the day to enquire about the the roof top bar and decided to come back later the same evening for after dinner drinks.

We're a party of 4 and were able to walk in without reservations. Evening started out with subpar customer service from the hostess at the elevator to the one at the entrance of the restaurant. We were seated and asked what we would like to drink? At this point we have interacted with 2 hostess and 1 server and yet no one has told us about the food to drink to person regulation. We ordered our first round minutes later the waiter comes back to let us know we need to order a food item per person. If anyone would have checked our IDs they would have noticed we were from Florida and did not know this was a city regulation.

At the end we decided to cash out and leave. The whole the experience to say the least was horrible. The environment is not welcoming, no one took ownership or showed sympathy to our dilemma. Our server never came back to cash us out.

Cherry on top as we walk out to catch the elevator the hostess took a look at us and immediately turned away. Not evening asking; why leaving so soon? or inquiring if we had any issues. We told the hostess on the ground level "she should let guest know the new rule" and just brushed us off.

Atmosphere was great, food was great... everything else was extremely sub par. The place was maybe 10% full when my fiance and I got there for a late lunch. Our hostess chose to seat us at one of the only tables directly in the sun on a blazing 90 degree day. I had to refuse the table and ask for one in the shade (which was literally every other table in the entire section). Our waitress came over with a trainee in tow, but did not introduce herself or the trainee. So we didn't know our servers name or the name of the girl who was awkwardly hovering over our table every time we spoke with our server. Our drinks were only half full after the 15 minute wait, and I didn't even want the margarita they made and had to choose something off their cocktail menu. I was also disappointed with the next drink when the snuck allspice or clove type flavoring into a gin and berry drink with no mention in the description of the thick, heavy and overbearing flavor that comes with allspice and clove. I had asked a few questions about things on the menu and it was obvious our server had no idea what she was talking about and was trying to come up with a bs answer on the fly. With better front of house staff this place could be amazing. I guess we just had the "D" squad for our late lunch...
