PLEASE AVOID... Like others, I also feel the need to inform people of the pros/cons listed below. If you are South Asian and/or if you enjoy authentic Indian food regularly, this place WILL GREATLY DISSAPOINT.

Cons: Chicken Tika Masala was way too sweet (almost dissert level) and too Americanized. I've red this complaint about a lot of their other dishes also. Tandoori Chicken is mediocre and not that flavorful. Nan is just frozen pita bread toasted with butter and garlic... I could make a better one at home. Nothing ā€œBangladeshiā€ about this place… just the usual Indian restaurant menu with below average food. Very Limited parking

ALSO: they don’t honor all items or prices listed on the menu, which you will only find out at the end. They also add a price variation fee without your consent (to account for inflation according to the owner... mine was $2)… completely defeats the purpose of having a menu with prices and also pretty sure illegal!!

Pros: Place seems relatively clean Prices seems reasonable per the menu (at first…see above)

If you don't like spicy food, this place might be ok. But i am Indian and tried this place based on a non-Indian person recommendation, which I will never do again for...

I’ve been eating Indian food for years, and this was the absolute WORST butter chicken I’ve ever had — sickeningly sweet and completely wrong. My rice had a strong clove smell! I wasn’t even comfortable eating it! I did however dab my finger to taste the sauce—at that point, I instantly knew it wasn’t what I wanted nor was used to. The place was unbearably hot with zero air conditioning or fan, but I gave it a shot because I live nearby and wanted some decent Indian food.

When I asked for a refund at Sweets & Curry House, the owner lost it. He yelled, refused to give me my money back, and said he’d remake the dish. I told him I didn’t want to eat there—I wanted my MONEY BACK. Instead of doing so, he got aggressive, called me an idiot, questioned if I even knew what butter chicken was, and had the audacity to say ā€œwe’re in Americaā€ like that excuses refusing refunds.

The whole interaction was disgusting and rude. After a terrible argument, I finally got my money back, but I will NEVER go back or recommend Sweets & Curry House to anyone. Save yourself...

I came to this place to grab some dinner and I have to say that I would have been better off if I had gone to McDonald's instead. The food here is horrible. It has absolutely no flavor. The samosas were hard and had no flavor, the chicken curry was extremely spicy even though I asked for medium heat. The paneer was extra hard with no flavor and again too much heat. There was nothing positive about my experience here today just a complete waste of my hard earned money. All the curries taste the same ,full of oil and spicy and just disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a huge, horrible disappointment. Don't waste your time or money here. No wonder there was nobody in the restaurant when I walked in. This place needs to close down. DISGUSTING, SO...

First time trying this cuisine, I ordered a pick up and it was ready exactly on time. I would say everything I ordered was delicious. It’s cheap and yummy. But From 1 order beef vindalu, I removed the excess oil which was flooded on top of the curry and it measured 8 -10 tbsp, oh my god that much oil in 1 order (16oz) was kind of unpleasant. Other than that everything was good, you all can try it. And if you like, try other dishes as well !!

The Tiki Marsala Lamb and Chicken were very sweet and Americanized. The curry was watery greasy and way too sweet. It and their Nan is just pita bread with a tiny bit of butter and garlic. This place isn't for me and I feel responsible to inform other people that if you enjoy authentic Indian food this place will disappoint you and I would advise you look to elsewhere.
