Thought I'd check this place out after visiting the Farmer's Market across the street. Waited outside on the to-go line for quite a bit. There were only 2 people in front of me, one guy who says he's there everyday and is friendly with the counter guy (who disappears for a while, perhaps helping customers inside? No biggie). I like to support small businesses but refuse to go back if the place is poorly maintained and dirty. The floors were filthy, even though it was morning, and wall surfaces have numerous stains. There are signs on the table asking you to bring your dirty dishes to the counter. The attendant occupied himself with his smartphone the entire time I was there. This place is way too shabby...
