I went to this particular Little Caesars Pizza after I got finished shopping around aramingo avenue. I ordered some cheesy bread with a dipping sauce. That's all I really order when it comes to Little Caesars Pizza.
When I went to the desk to pay my bill but had I known I had to wait almost 20 minutes for two small boxes of cheesy bread I would have walked out the store. The least someone could have done was a let me know the waiting time.
There was only one person manning the front desk and there was someone in the back working. To me things were extremely slow. The young lady that was serving she was not disrespectful but you could tell she did not care about customer service too much. If that was the case, why was all the workers except one not wearing their masks. Having your mask under your chin or even under your nose defeats the purpose. You don't want me breathing in your establishment, yet you are not doing the correct thing. Furthermore, most of the workers were huddled by one table in the back, where you do most of the prepping for the pizza, laughing and talking and looking at their cell phone.
