I usually come here because one I loved the enthusiasm in some of the employees here but this time I didn’t enjoy the experience as I ordered my order via MOBILE app hoping my food would be ready by 8:40 PM like stated on the app. I get there by 8:48 because I like to give them time to get my order together because I respect their time and effort in every customer they have to take care of. But eh this time was extremely unacceptable. I get there and noticed one young lady alone working in the front all by herself and the rest were in the back. I felt so bad for her so that’s why I decided to sit on the chairs and just patiently wait even though my order was already late and not done. A gentleman comes and tells me there’s no chicken I must wait 15-20 minutes so it can be done. I told him fine, because again I felt bad for the young lady who was working alone taking care of everyone by herself. Then he asks me would you like steak or barbacoa and I said Steak it’s fine since I’m already waiting at this point over 15 plus minutes for someone to ask me what’s my name and my order. I go and wait in the car because I was expecting to get the steak choice since he asked and I said sure I guess. I go to my car, and waited roughly 20 minutes. To go and get my order. I go and grab my order my bowl is wrapped in aluminum foil again normal it’s fine. But bothers me that there’s always something missing in my order. No salsa, no corn or extra corn. Which I paid for. The chips are either too much lime or too much salt. I want to keep coming here because again I love the location and it’s my go to. But it’s starting to irritate me the lack of effort when it comes to mobile orders. I really hope they get to come together as a team and work their ways around and become a better communicative team and help each other to make the best of their job and their careers. Specially with the kitchen island area, it’s chaotic and messy. There was enough employees working there I found it unfair that the young lady was working by herself. And as usual if you’re deciding to work in public a smile or more personality when treating customers should be added in their personal caring menu, It wouldn’t hurt anyone specially during these difficult times we are all facing and personal silent battles we constantly deal with. I’m not sure if I want to come back to this...
Read moreI placed a Chipotle Catering order for a corporate lunch event of a company in Camden, NJ, blissfully unaware that my taco dreams would be outsourced to DoorDash and that my food would embark on a cross-state adventure—because apparently, “closest by mileage” means “let’s send your lunch on a road trip.” Our DoorDash driver arrived right on time, but with a plot twist worthy of a telenovela: all the cold items were missing. No guac. No salsa. No lettuce. It was a “build your own taco and bowl” order, but the only thing we could build was disappointment. Even the flour tortillas were MIA—maybe they were off living their best life in another state. Twenty-five hungry professionals stared at the hot bowls, their eyes full of hope and their hearts full of lettuce-shaped holes. Our driver, channeling the spirit of “Dumb and Dumber,” announced it would take 30+ minutes to retrieve the forgotten items. At this point, the only thing colder than our missing toppings was the mood in the room. But then, like a culinary superhero with no cape (just pure competence), the Chipotle manager called and personally delivered the missing cold items. The legend arrived, lettuce in hand, ready to restore order to our taco kingdom. Tortillas reunited. Bowls restored. Lettuce avenged. The crowd went wild—okay, maybe just a polite round of applause, but in our hearts, it was a standing ovation. 1000/5 stars to the Chipotle manager working the lunch shift on 9/11/25. 0/5 to the DoorDash driver. If I could rescind the tip, I’d do it faster than you can say...
Read moreI’ve been at this location a few times and never really had a problem until recently, on 7/14/24 I came in to place an order and walk up to the counter. Before I even got a chance to be asks what I would like to order the employee took it upon herself to acknowledge a few other individuals entering the establishment by yelling across to them first before asking me what I wanted to order, anyways I proceeded with placing my order I ask for no rice and pointed at the chicken I wanted because there was two type and out of nowhere in a condescending toned she told me not to point. So I said excuse me I wasn’t trying to be rude by pointing out what I wanted, she then responded with I can hear you and brush me off didn’t even let me finish adding some more chicken like I want it instead pass my food down to another employee to finish adding the remaining. She had 1 AirPod bud in her ear and was giving me the stink look through the whole entire order which really made me feel very uncomfortable, she was vary unprofessional and she don’t belong serving food with a stinking attitude like that. She didn’t have a name tag so I couldn’t get her name to report her, but I will still be reaching out to corporate regarding this matter. Because I’m sick and tired of these immature employees not being held accountable for their behavior and actions and think they can say what they want without consequences. Clearly there’s no leadership and this is why this type of behavior is being tolerated by the public, management need...
