Absolutely Filthy Atmosphere, The Service From Who Appeared To Be The Manager Was Rude, Disgusting, & Extremely Unprofessional. This Was My First Time Visiting This Particular Location And It Was Mainly For The Trampoline That I Heard Was A Great Add-On For The Kiddos. I Saw The Sign Reading To Ask An Attendant If You Were Interested In The Trampoline So I Walked Over To The Counter Where There Was An Older Gentleman Standing At The Register. I Asked Him If The Trampoline Was Closed For The Day And His Response Was "Yes, We Don't Have Employees For That Or Much At All". I, Myself, Always Conduct Myself Appropriately, So I Responded With "Okay, No Problem, I Was Just Inquiring As The Sign Asks". Moments Later, My Sister Wanted To Order A Personal Pepperoni Pizza For My Little One When She Overheard The Same Manager "Gentleman" Seemingly Frustrated And Speaking Disrespectful To Other Parents/Customers And Then Storming Off. She Overheard Another Female Employee Tell The Manager That If He Continued To Storm Off Then He Would Need To Clock Out. The Female Employees That Day, Who All Seemed Like Teenagers Or Young Adults Acted Appropriately, Friendly, & Overall Enjoyable To Converse And Laugh With Despite Them All Being On Cell Phones At One Point Or Another. They Were Pleasant And Still Able To Do Their Job Unlike The Older Gentleman In The Button Up Shirt. The Environment Was Filthy And We Arrived About 20 Minutes After Opening. The Device Used To Alert Us That Our Order Was Ready Was Germ Infested And Had Old Food On It Just As Much As Some Of The Gaming Equipment. Unless There Is New Management Down The Line I Will Not Be Returning To This Location. The One On Baltimore Pike Was Cleaner Yet Still Both Locations Immediately Got My Little One Sick, Which Is To Be Semi-Expected But Just Look At The Photo...
Read moreOverall, my 7yr old had an awesome birthday party here, which is the best I could ask for. Other bonuses: our assigned host was warm and engaged. The Chuck E character performer was EXCELLENT! As a person who worked in Disney parks entertainment for 4 years, I can tell you that performer deserves a raise or should be a trainer. Please pass along my admiration and props to whoever was on shift 3/28 in the evening. Some drawbacks: a parent and child in our party didn’t get to eat supper because there are no vegan options other than salad. When we arrived, we did a “make your own” pizza for them that included everything but the cheese. When they brought it out, IT HAD CHEESE. We sent it back, they said they’d fix it and wouldn’t charge. That “fixed” pizza never came out and that parent and kid left hungry. We also did not receive our dippin dots dessert and only realized when we got home to review the reservation. So, great job on customer service and experience but please do better on food service...
Read moreI was so delighted for my child and me to attend. This was the first chuck E cheese experience. A lot has changed since, I was a kid but it looked wonderful. So many different games. The tables were clean enough, the trash can area was not clean at all. And where you pick up the food wasnt to inviting. But the place was still okay with me. My problem was with 1 female staff member. She's not pleasant At all😫no smiles, No welcome. When we walked in you can tell she didn't want to be there.she kept sitting down until someone walked up to order something. So you know at that time it was only 6 of us total in the place. She was on her phone, then charging it On the seat. You had to walk to her being seated to ask for help. When you asked for her assistance it was like you were inconveniencing her. She didn't speak to you, face frowned the whole time. My toddler asked why she was sad? I think a children's event, shouldn't be for her. She put a scowl on my Child's experience and...
