I recently placed an order for delivery and was told that I could expect it between 45 mins to an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes I called about the arrival of my delivery but after being on hold for 5 minutes the young woman on the phone took 15 minutes to tell me that she made a mistake and while I was charged for the order the cooks never received my order. After repeating my self several times I was told that my order would be delivered when the driver returned to the restaurant and she did apologize. When I asked that I be called when the driver picked up my order, she became offended and told me that I was disrespectful because she had made a mistake. I told her that I wasn't disrespectful and that if she was earnest she would have written down everything I told her so I wouldn't have to repeat my phone number 3 times during my call. Unfortunately this is the first time I've had my Delivery be this late but not the first time I've had problems with the person taking the orders over the phone. I've been getting food from Classic Sub since 1976. My order finally arrived 2hrs and 45mins after I originally placed it, the pizza was good as usual and the Roast Beef hoagie was quite tasty but instead of Onion Rings I was given Curly Fries and I was okay with it.

Classic Sub Shop has a great variety of hoagies and fresh salads to accommodate any of their meals or platters. Other specials that are freshly made include my favorite roast beef sandwich that includes three side orders. New Panini sandwiches have become the Mt Airy dine-in favorite; I prefer the mozzarella fresca Panini. I have enjoyed many of their Stromboli, my favorite is the steak Stromboli, but as of lately – I have grown to love their classic special. Every dish is seasoned just right, with the proper amount of salt, not overwhelming, especially those individuals monitoring their sodium intake. Lunch specials are reasonably prices, and take-out offers a great menu for busy professionals. The everyday specials I particularly love – for the economic value and the affordability – to feed a large group of family, friends, and business associates. Pros: Super great sandwich and hoagie selection, and tasty Italian pasta dishes. Dining area has adequate and appropriate seating for dine-in. Kitchen staff takes care in washing hands after food preparation. Nice seafood combination platters available for seafood lovers. Nice selection for kid’s specials. Cons: None

This place sold me the scrawniest most pathetic cheesesteak I’ve ever purchased for $11.70 and had the audacity to charge an additional 57 cents for pickles… on my cheesesteak. The very last time I will patronize this establishment. Utterly RIDICULOUS. Should’ve gone to my usual spot👎👎👎

If you in the Uptown area be careful because Classic's Pizza Shop on Wadsworth Avenue is selling old food. I never had a problem with them until today for lunch around 2:30 I ordered a lunch special that has two slices of pizza. They delivered a old Pizza that was reheated and when I call back to talk to a manager or the owner the girl that takes orders told me that the owner said that the pizza was freshly made and I can either get new slices sent out to me or get my money back so I decided to get slices sent out to me, 2 hours later numerous times of me calling cus i never receive my pizza they were even hunging up on me or didn't answer the phone. So I decided to personally bring back the pizza so they can see exactly what was delivered to me couldn't show the manager because they said the manager wasnt there while all the workers have dumb looks on they face i feel the owners are still responsible because these are the people that you're hired. I was a valuable customer because I love the food but I'm just thinking of all the other orders that i couldn't visual see if it...
