Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS!!! There are thieves that work there. WATCH OUT!!! Last weekend, I placed an order on the mobile app. I choose not to leave a tip because I don't tip to be handed food through a window. I only tip if I'm being waited on by a server at my table in a building. When you pick up your food the employee will hand you a receipt asking for a signature (EVEN THOUGH YOU PAID ON THE APP) they're asking for tip because that's the only thing you'd have to sign for because you already paid on the app. This is just another way to try to get a tip on top of the app's tip. Out of habit I signed the credit card paper because they asked me to, I had crossed out the tip line. The employee changed the amount and they gave themselves a 10 tip. I got 2 charges from this dominos. The correct bill through the app and an extra charge 10 from the thieves that work there. WATCH YOUR...

I made a $75 ($25 was a tip) order for delivery at 7:04pm, with an estimated delivery time of 36 minutes. 8:00pm rolls around, and I begin to get concerned, as the tracker still shows my order in the “prep” phase. I make numerous attempts to call Dominos, but I repeatedly get sent straight to voicemail and greeted by a mailbox that is “full”. I wait until 8:30 and begin to drive to the store to figure out what’s going on. Upon driving around the block, I now see that the tracker says my order is on the “bake” segment, so (being hopeful it’d be here soon), I turn around. It is now 9:33pm, and my order still shows that it’s baking, and their phone keeps sending me to voicemail. I always order from dominos, as our Pizza Hut in town is terrible, but now I wish I would’ve gotten Pizza...

I’m visiting Pearl River Resort and decided to order a pizza, since there are very few appealing options here. Well too bad I wasn’t offered the “Pizza Insurance”. I had to sit outside and wait for over 40 minutes for a pizza, wings, and a salad. I also asked for plates, napkins, etc. Upon arrival, the driver was very polite, so I had no problem tipping but before checking my order. When she gave me my food, there was no salad and none of the plates, napkins, etc. I had requested. The driver went back and got the salad, one fork for two people and no napkins.
