This is so disappointing. The cheesy bread that they quality checked was burnt to crisps and doesn't even look like cheesy bread anymore. I don't know what happened, but this shouldn't have made it past the quality check. I actually have other complaints as well, but I never bothered to send them in since they weren't as bad as this recent order they sent me. The orders that I have been placing from this store has been bad overall. For one, they never put enough toppings. Whenever I want mushrooms, they only add 8-10 pieces of mushrooms for a medium pizza, so that's like 2 pieces per slice, it's ridiculous. The mushrooms are tiny too, so the amount I get is so insignificant. I also add other toppings as well and yet, the pizza still looks plain. Even when I add "extra" toppings it looks the exact same. Second of all, there is never a delivery driver at this location.
UPDATE (after 1 year): I haven't ordered in a year, and again, whatever I ordered turned out horrible. Delivery times kept increasing, and I received a smooshed pizza. Horrible, this place needs to be managed better or...

My order number was 2 and when I went to pick it up the employee whose name is Sam said that someone else took my order. I insisted why she gave my take out to someone else without even verifying my cell phone or order number. I asked to speak to her manager but she was completely unapologetic and told me that she was the manager. Her demeanor was extremely pathetic towards a customer. I asked for refund but they refused.
