I ordered Barbecue spareribs , a small order of of shrimp fried rice and almond cookies which total $25.72 with tax and delivery. It took over an hour for me to get my food and I’m literally five minutes away from them. I had to call to ask if my order had left to be delivered When the driver arrived,he gave me my food. I signed my credit card receipt. Got my food in the house and it was burned and not just a little, but my ribs were singed.😡 I called the restaurant back informed them that my ribs were burned and I would like another order the woman who answers the phone and calls herself Susan was very short and dismissive with me and told me they were busy and she would call me back 15 minutes later. I got no call back so I called and asked if she would like me to bring the food to her. That’s just how upset I was. keep in mind Susan hung up on me several times in mid conversation I will never spend my money with this business ever again and I would ask you to do the same. They charged me $9.25 for four ribs when I complained about the ribs I was told You could get 3 to 4 ribs depending on how big the ribs are never again!!!!!!!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY...

So I ended up spending $16.07 for one meal because I could not leave work to go there. Second, the lunch special says “pork fried rice or steamed rice” being a first time customer I automatically assumed my meal would come with steamed rice (as all other Oriental food stores give you) the lady that took my order never told me the lunch special came with pork fried rice nor did she ask which one I wanted. So when I got my food I was shocked because I do not eat pork. So when I called and apologized to her saying that I did not know my food came with pork and that I did not eat pork and asked if she could send a new one. She proceeded to get smart with me and argue with me about how it was my fault and how I “should know.” She was very rude especially being as though I spent $16 for one meal. Read moreI ordered through Seamless. Second time ordering, first time food was decent. Decided to give it another chance. Eating my food when I feel something weird it was one hair. I felt disgusted but I thought it was mine so I keep eating, I noticed something weird again there’s a second hair. This time I turned the light on and it was a very long hair (I have short hair and I live by myself). That was it for me, I investigated the food and I discovered ANOTHER damn hair!! 33333 hairs on my food. That’s so disgusting. I called the restaurant and an old lady very rude btw asked me to send pictures of what I was claiming which I did. I sent the pics and the messages were marked read but no one answered my texts. I contacted Seamless and received full refund. I was still upset so I called the restaurant again and the old lady was yelling at me telling me that it was impossible, that I put the hair in my own food.
