Never visited this establishment nor conducted any business with them and will never. I placed an order via 1800flowers for a mother's day gift. I was not aware that 1800flowers ended up using Roosevelt florist for an gift that I purchased. The intended recipient that the gift was meant for informed me that when she opened the packaging that contained the gift...she stumbled upon by accidentally placing her hand inside an empty coffee creamer container ( trash) that was placed inside the box(packaging) next to the gift. I contacted the company regarding this disgrace that she found. The company has decided to ignore my complaint and not address any of the concerns. Because of that complete and total unprofessionalism...I will not be dealing with...

Found this place last minute for my son and gf's crosages. Al thought the lady who attended me had an attitude and seemed annoyed that I went and asked if same day service was possible, Both came out beautiful! I paid $18 for his and $35 for hers. Well, unfortunately, she wasn't able to wear hers! As soon as we took it out of the clear container CAREFULLY, it came apart. We even tried to crazy glue and tie it, but nothing ! I know I asked for same day service, but I don't think I should have wasted $35 on something that was rushed and not done correctly. Of course, that morning, my husband cleaned my car and threw the receipt out! Won't use this place again !

This florist could not have been more rude at the absolute worst time. My father died two days ago, and brother-in-law sent me and my spouse sympathy flowers. My spouse was not able to pick up the phone due to a work meeting when the delivery driver arrived. The florist called my spouse directly and did not make any effort to understand why it might be difficult for us to pick up a delivery we did not know was being made, forcing them apologize multiple times for not picking up the phone. It would be great if Rose Velt was even a bit more understanding of people's individual schedules, especially given the fact that these were flowers delivered as a...
