This is an ok place for the neighborhood and for parents who don't drive or feel like traveling. They are pretty expensive. Entrance fees depend on the day an time, the skate rentals as well...there is no organization here either. The food is very expensive. E.g. Lg. Frozen pizza and Picture of mainly ice and some fountain soda was $21.00 with no refill, just to give you an idea. The days we went the air must have been off because it was so hot and everyone was thirsty. We stood in line and didn't get waited on because everyone was everywhere. Kids hanging around after ordering and they had no one to keep the lines moving, no one to clean the food area, the kids take off there skates and leave them anywhere and go home...they had someone come by to collect them in shopping carts. They have 2 rides and every time we have gone there's only one working, the other one is always broke. The rides are not included as part of the entrance fee, it is separate and you have to buy tickets to ride them. They have face pain ting and you also have to pay for that as well, there are games also. The music is nice, loud, kid friendly and continuous. There is a young man who works in the back giving the skates out (wears glasses, African American)Very nice and attentive. Comes in on his days off. Make him Assist. Manager. They do have a good variety of skates and various sizes. They also carry the skaters walkers to help you skate, not a lot of them so you have to go early to get 1. If not for the broken ride, very hot and smelly inside and high food prices and no organization, I would not go back, until then I will take them somewhere else. I will try again in a few months and see if anything has changed. If you don't mind spending lots of money to take your kids out skating then this is the place for you. I don't have money to spend in a place that charges 3x the price for items and the place looks a mess. I spend good money for 3 kids and myself and I expect to have a good time, atmosphere and service. I want to get what I pay for. Everyone knows I love Great Customer Service and I tip accordingly. Will update this Monday Jan. 20, 2025...Going Back!

While I had a blast being around my family and friends .. I think that whn spending that kind of money thing s should be a bit more organized & communication between staff could be better. My mom had to use a table clothe to cover up rolls of carpet and equipment in the “vip” room. After I said something I was told tht I have access to everything I paid for. I was also told my mom could come at 8:30 to start decorating she got there at 8:30 n had to wait. Whn I mentioned it to the girl she told me the party didn’t start till 10.I farther explained to her wht I was told. I was also asked was I using their dj or did I hve my own after I paid for a dj, tht should hve never been a question. I was told they normally just play music in rotation. After I mentioned I’d be back next week there was suddenly a dj. I asked a few people who worked there was he a dj n they said no. So I’m not really sure wht I paid for. The rides was not running. The stand where you can buy the light up accessories from was not up n lit. But thnks to my family n friends I had a blast skating n enjoying the moments with them.

If you want to stay away from ghetto, don't come here. I even had someone today pissed because i was (breast) feeding my infant. It's very sad that it's so ghetto. It was a lil chaotic for the birthday party today. Party was at 1 and they don't open the door till 1, so you can't setup till 15 min into your party. By the time the kids in the party got skates it had been 30 min into their skate time. They had unlimited rides but i only saw them run it 3 times. My daughter waited while it was running and when it stopped after waiting she was told it was break time. But they only ran it that once before it was break time. My neice fell and twisted her ankle and they did offer an ambulance but they were shoving papers at my sister to sign right away and were coaching the answers that they were asking about the fall. We took her to the ER right away ourselves. Oh, and you have to pay for the walkers to help the lil's skate. The pizza and drinks for the party were ok, standard. The staff was ok. Some looked like they didn't want to be there and some were nice.

We celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday here on 1/21/23 and unfortunately it was a less than stellar experience. We were extremely displeased with our overall party experience. Guest entrance into the party was extremely disorganized! Guests were not given clear instructions on where to go and how to obtain skates, which left entrance into the party very chaotic for everyone. We often had to leave the party area to escort our guests to get their skate tickets and sign their waivers. The hosts were nice, but we felt that they could have checked up on the party a little more often, especially regarding the food. When the food came out, no announcements were made on the loud speaker, so we had to walk to the skate floor and the game floor and find all of our guests to individually ask them to come and eat. The first pizza wasn’t enough for our party guests, so we ordered a second pizza, which took a very long time to come out and when it did come out it was not cooked all the way. We believe the uncooked pizza is what led the birthday girl to develop a stomach virus after the party, which made her nauseous all night long and gave her a fever for the entire next day. Other guests commented that the undercooked pizza upset their stomachs as well. When we gave out the game cards to our guests, they tried to use them only to discover that they were never activated. We had to collect all of the cards and take them to the front desk to remedy the situation. By the time we got the cards back, the party was nearly over and security guards were entering the building, which led everyone to believe it was no longer a safe environment so they quickly left without getting to play any games at all. We do not feel that the money we paid for this party was worth the hassle and frustration, therefore, we will not be patronizing this establishment for...

It was a Friday night & they were a bit crowded. The employees at the front counter were not the most pleasant or the most helpful but I chalked that up to the fact that they deal with a lot of people especially on the weekends many of which are children of all ages & I'm sure they have their fair share of unpleasant situations to deal with themselves. I didn't let that bother me because I was only there to take my daughter so she could celebrate her best friends birthday with her. They do have designated areas for parties if u call in advance to reserverve the space & I believe that requires a payment when making the reservation(I think u pay the rest the day of the party, but I am not 100% sure about that). You can rent rollerskates there for an additional fee. I was not skating but I still had to pay a small fee to go in. They have some arcade games that are available to play if u wanna take a break from skating(of course that is gonna cost u more $$ so bring ur quarters). They have items u can purchase like glow in the dark stuff that looks pretty cool because it's very dim on the skate floor as well as a consession stand where you can usually buy refreshments. However, on the night I went, which was the beginning of the weekend on a Friday evening they had no pepperoni pizza, they had no icees & there was something else they were out of I just don't recall what my daughter said it was which I guess is good in a way because it's not a very fancy place but the price for an ice was $5 I think. Thats crazy! Although it does give the kids somewhere to go & something to do rather than video games & social media! So I will take the good with the bad if it gets my kids outta the house & my daughter did have a good time with her bestie,...
