I’ve been coming in for all my phone needs and my family’s phone needs since they opened brought 5 phones over the years fixed more screens then I can count brought two play stations Apple Watches lab top and a I pad everything as always been good up until today I came in to have it look at cause phone screen was Stuck with no motion they said it was from digitizer pressure so I opted I had low quality screen put on for 80$ I proceeded to walk out of the store. I was able to check an email make a phone call and look on Facebook and I realized it was glitching so I turned around brought it back in with in 5 mins they had no problem they took care of it right away Second screen they put on they gave me my phone it wouldn’t work at all. It was stuck in SOS mode was coming up and saying not registering the sim so they proceeded to put the old screen back on try to tell me it was my motherboard and refund the money because they didn’t wanna deal with the issue that was generated when a second screen was put on at this point, I’ve already waited three hours I was a little frustrated at this point then they asked me to give him another two hours so I left and came back this point it’s now five hours initially, they told me they tried all three screens And it wouldn’t work all of a sudden I’m being told it only works with original parts it’s not the motherboard now gentlemen, did put me in touch with the manager to be told? to pay a extra 80$ Total of 160$ paid for a old iPhone 10 Manager was not willing to accommodate in anyway for 5 hour wait the tech came out and said same thing as well with a tone telling me take it or leave it as soon as I get off the phone with the manager and go up to the front and agreed to do the high Quality screen soon as I process my debit card all of a sudden, my phone is being handed to me within in seconds working but I thought I had to agree first to have work done first it’s like they had it on already just waiting I’m not saying it’s a bad business. A day prior to using igenius, I Waited at Apple willow grove for 7 hours for them to tell me my 1.5 year old iPhone wont turn back on and will need a "rare system repair" for $899. Also that my warranty had expired and apple care would not cover this "rare repair" which they could not even explain what caused it and why... I figured I would just buy the 16 pro max through T-Mobile but was told it would take a few days to get in bc of the holidays. A friend of mine recommended trying igenius.
