First time there. Wow! Staff treated us like VIP. Ambiance and decor was upbeat, casual, fun, and not over the top. The table and floors smelled SO CLEAN when we sat down. It’s something I have never noticed in any restaurant ever before. The signature Rayaki fries are a must-try! It was the perfect amount of crunch with a nice sauce and toppings that did not make the fries soggy at all. The green scallions/onions and fried shallots added a scrumptious aroma while a bit of secret ingredient (honey?) added a hint of sweetness. Who would have imagined onions and honey would be such a wonderful and delightful flavor combo? The soft shell crab bao was different. Definitely also worth a try but not my fave although it was pretty good. You get a nice crunch and the nostalgic love affair of hoisin sauce in a plush bao bun. However, I was hoping the bao bun would be more warm when it arrived at the table. The takoyaki was satisfying / no complaints. My FAVORITE dishes were actually the kani salad (crab salad) and perfect fish cakes. I’ve never had better kani salad anywhere. (Other places drench it in mayo dressing or skimp out on the kani. Rayaki’s was PERFECT!) The cube steak was also very delicious. Delightful bite size appetizers to sample and share. Next visit, I will DEFINITELY try the ramen. The photos look soooooo good. Can’t...

Restaurant: 5/5 Staff/Service: 3/5 Food: 4/5 Drink: 2/5 Parking: Street Parking (Meter Parking)
We have been to this Ramen restaurant twice now. Far from the best Ramen we've had, but it is definitely good in the convenient location that it is in.
Overall the restaurant setup is pretty amazing, especially with all the anime arts they spent hours on. Great for anime lovers, restaurant is also clean inside. Ordering process couldn't be any easier, you get a pen, and a paper menu with check marks you place on the food or drink items you want to order.
Service is very similar to buffet style restaurants, nothing extraordinary but good enough to create an enjoyable experience.
Food/Drinks: The restaurant pride itself of having (a true Japanese Street Food experience). NOT quiet. The food is good, but not great Japanese street food quality, and the drinks are a little too sweet ( a bit too much condensed milk ). Food we ordered: Takoyaki, Chicken Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen. Drink we ordered: Thai Milk Tea, Avocado Milk Tea.
Parking (Meter Parking): It is street parking, but you can find parking pretty easily within the same block.
Overall a nice Ramen restaurant if you like decent food, and loves Anime. But if you want genuine Japanese Street Food experience, this restaurant...
Read moreI was really convinced that this was a great restaurant from TikTok reviews. Yes, the overall atmosphere and aesthetics of the restaurant were amazing, however the food was questionable. For appetizers, I ordered the takoyaki and it was extremely undercooked and mushy. The fried squid was decent, but the serving size was way too small compared to its expensive price. For what the restaurant was known for, I ordered the miso ramen and it was very disappointing. The noodles were hard and rubbery, the soup wasn’t even hot, and the flavor couldn’t even compare to an authentic ramen dish. I’ve had cheap instant noodles that tasted better than this monstrosity. I didn’t even want to touch the egg, it looked old. The pork cutlet curry was the worst. We had to send it back because it was literally still raw. All in all, I’m not coming back here again, I couldn’t even finish the food because of how bad it tasted. I wouldn’t even give this stuff to my dog. Everything was overpriced, undercooked, and even the customer service was horrific. Luckily, we left fast enough before they could harass us for a pity tip. I’m not stopping anyone who wants to try this place out of curiosity, but just know, you will not be getting your...
