Four Seasons Diner Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Our waitress was very good. Super friendly, attentive, she was clearly an experienced waitress. One of the things I think about whenever I go to some place I never been is to "ask cuz you never know". Well our friends wanted soup but the only thing on the menu was French onion which they didn't want so they asked if they had anything else, our wonderful waitress told us about 2 other soups as well (chicken noodle and chicken and rice). I was in the mood for breakfast for dinner so one of my favorites is grits, also not on the menu. So I asked and yes, they have grits (with cheese). They have a great selection of sandwiches, appetizers, entrees, breakfasts, desserts, pastas, etc. Basically if you're in the mood for anything, there's a good chance they'll have something for you. Plenty of seating and they are open 24 hours (or at least very late). Our food was very good. We had no complaints. Large portions for very fair prices because all the food our party of 4 ordered could have been shared with our significant others, like I said, large portions. So, if you're in the area especially if you just got out of a concert and it didn't let out until after all the other places have already closed. Definitely check them out. But if you're just in the area and looking for a place to get a food, also check them out cuz they're great. Lunch time and not overly busy.

It took somewhere in the 3 or 5 minute range before. Someone came to see us at our table go period that person did not greet us with Any greeting such as a simple hello and welcome.

The server was not the script and no personality. We didn't feel any sense that the server cared about us or any of the people that she was serving.

The salad bar there however continues to be decent!

While my wife had a grilled chicken sandwich I had a grilled chicken caesar wrap

Our lunches came out at different times... While the server apologized and said that it should only be a couple minutes. We waited well over ten minutes for my lunch to finally arrive

My wife got the manager to come over and basically said while waiting for my lunch. Her lunch went cold and she was not interested in eating and anymore. The manager tried to replace it for free but eventually gave us credit for the discrepancy in times for our lunches to arrive.

I understand that this is essentially a diner establishment but nevertheless the quality of the service should still be sitting way above the norm and it was definitely not. !

Although this place has a cozy feel when you first walk in. As you sit down and open your menu you easily become exhausted with the barrage of mixed modern/Italian/Family oriented/police-friendly/seniors welcomed decorations around the place. The diner is dim lit making it hard to see the menu. And they have a salad bar which quickly became disgusting when an older gentlemen did not grab a new plate and refilled his old plate tapping the salad bar utensil onto it to make sure he got every morsel of tuna salad or chicken salad on to his plate. I watched this gentlemen do this routine with every option he chose from the salad bar. The serve was very polite and took our order promptly. And our food came quickly and although the food was delicious it could have been served on less plates. A few times other serves came to our table with order that were not ours appearing to be lost on what table order what. All in all the service was polite the food was delicious ( I did not have any salad) and prices were reasonable. I suggest to anyone that goes to this diner. Just sit, eat, pay, leave.
