Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Hi came to This Dunkin’ with my mom and sister. We were already having a rough morning so we wanted to come to Dunkin’. As I pulled up I ordered the $5 meal which came with two warps and a coffee -a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich a coffee with cold foam on top a refresher And a avocado toast All together it was about $22 Though out taking my order the old lady at the window kept saying she couldn’t hear us which is crazy because I felt like I was screaming. They tell me to come to the window and this kid tells me my order again $5 meal which came with two warps and a coffee -a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich a coffee with cold foam on top -a refresher And a avocado toast I said yes did you add the coffee with cold foam on top he said yes when I get my food it came all wrong. There was supposed to be a coffee with the $5 he add my other coffee with cold foam with the $5 and that’s not what I asked for. He said I told him everything was right at the window and I told him yes but I was missing a coffee mind you my mom was already late for work. So I go inside to talk to someone I talk to one nice lady and then this rude old lady comes and gets in the middle of my conversation with the other lady, they would have me the coffee with the $5 and they told me do bring my coffee back well if you heard what I said at the window I wouldn’t have to come inside and have a whole seen. Over all it was probably the worst Dunkin’ i been too the old lady was rude and was arguing with me about coffee everyone just kept looking at me like I was crazy. I never want to go to this...

I have been to a lot of the Dunkin’S in the lower bucks county area and this one is by far the best!!! The employees at night at amazing.. even thou they get extremely busy with the drive thru they always make sure the customers inside are greeted and waited on in a timely matter… the lobby and bathroom is always clean as well as the working areas from what I can see from counter.. they are never just standing around either , which I absolutely love that about people!!! The drinks are always on point as well as the food is hot and donuts are always fresh…

Now I am not saying I haven’t had a couple bad experiences but it was only one employee and as soon as it was brought to the attention of manger it was addressed...

They charge for water (wouldn’t give me free tap water, acted like they could only sell me bottled water and I could tell they were even embarrassed of themselves for what they were doing). We ordered 2 coffee’s and food for dine in, not like I was asking for much. The Dunkin’ in the Parkwood Shopping plaza always gives me a free cup of water like every other restaurant. I guarantee when the family members that run this restaurant go out to eat, they expect and order free tap water. Never coming back here again. Free tap water is an American staple. Shame on the family running this place.
