Don't fall for the bait! They got me with a handful of BOGO donuts fresh baked. After about a week or two the service turned nasty. The once nice and happy server turned snippy and impatient ( I'm guessing it's because she thought I was Muslim because I was covering my head and she figured out that I'm not). I thought maybe she had a bad day but one bad day turned into three. The first day she had an attitude and messed up my order. The second day I was short for 36 cents and so she told me bring it another time. I came back the next day to a different employee who can't count. My bill was $2.09 and gave him a $5. The first time he gave me back $1.25. I told him he owed me $2.91 not $1.25. He apologized but proceeded to give me the wrong change again. This time $2.25. At this point I was about to miss my bus so I just took it and left. I wasn't sweating because I owed them 36 cents anyway. Today I came in there and the lady who took my order the day before had an attitude with me once again and sarcastically said she wasn't going to take my order unless I paided with cash. We walked in today on Christmas Day around 3:30 pretty happy but it quickly turned around when the lady at the register messed up our order. We received two cold brews, 35 munchkins, and a Boston cream donut when we actually ordered one cold brew, two frozen chocolates, 50 glazed munchkins, and a Boston cream donut. There were four of us there at the counter and we all can back up that we said this order word for word “ one cold brew, two frozen chocolates, 50 glazed munchkins, and a Boston cream donut.” the lady at the counter gave us nothing but an attitude and she wouldn’t even let us explain ourselves. I think this store needs training for anger management starting from supervisor/manager down to associates plus store little bit lacking cleaning 🧹🧼 🧽 that visible in tray donuts, oven, floors maybe requiring for personal to take shower before working that seems noticeable during open main door, just advise!
