Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I hate this Dunkin! They never get anything right. I use to buy my iced tea here but after getting numerous teas that were basically brown water I stopped ordering teas. I kept going because they are the only ones with chocolate chip muffins but even putting the correct muffin in the bag is too difficult. Constantly getting blueberry muffins instead of chocolate chip. I got so tired of wasting my money on getting the wrong order that I actually went into the store and told them I got the wrong muffin and even told them that the whole tray they had labeled as Choc chip was in fact blueberry. The employee still gave me blueberry and shown me the label that said Chocolate chip. I literally have to break the muffin in half to show them. I thought that would fix it but no still getting blueberry. I loath blueberry. Today is the last day I will ever go to this Dunkin. I ordered a bagel with sausage and a chocolate chip muffin. I got a bagel with bacon and can you guess .... A BLUEBERRY MUFFIN!!!! NEVER AGAIN! 7.00 every day for you to get my order wrong EVER...

The worst customer service. Every time I go through the drive thru there is this rude black girl who has the nastiest demeanor. I pull up to the window and she never greets me she just looks at me with an attitude and has her hand out and tells me my total. One day I gave her my card and she let it fall on the ground and didnt apologize. Yesterday I went and she hands me my latte and again hand out and says my total I put my debit card in her hand firmly so she wouldn't drop it again and held my hand out for my card and snatched it out her hand because she's a rude b---h. After, she yelling to her co workers saying "Never again, Never again" OK never again what? What she needs to do is get some home and work training because clearly she has neither one. A different girl handed me my food and I drove away. After I called the store to speak to a manager and was told he wasn't in and that he'd be in the next day. I call the next day and get the same answer. I don't know what's going on, but this Dunkin Donuts is a mess. Oh and always...

This place used to be great. Loved the afternoon shift, then I went back recently for the first time in forever, and it was a whole batch of new faces, and BAY-BE, not a damned one of them could find their butt with both hands. My entire order was screwed up, and considering that I ordered a medium coffee with regular cream and sugar, and a toasted croissant with butter and jelly, that's impressive. How do you screw that up? Somehow, they managed to... My coffee tasted like they used a dropper for the cream and a measuring cup for the sugar, and my croissant was as hard as the head of the person who made it, and cold to boot. There was some cold butter in the middle, with a hole practically torn through the bread (probably because cold butter doesn't spread well on cold bread) and no jelly. I don't know what happened to the old crew, but do whatever you have to do to get them back, because this new crew needs some help...
