Taco Bell — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I come here often as I work nearby on Oregon Avenue and up until recently, the customer service was fantastic. I noticed that the two gentlemen that used to be upfront taking orders were not there innmy last few visits which leads me to believe the7 are no longer working there or on extended leave. They were absolutely great in all my previous visits with them.

Unfortunately, my last few visits at this location is making me reconsider my options for lunch breaks. The food can be hit or miss as sometimes it is wonderful and other times it tastes stale and seemed put together incorrectly. I can tolerate the misses but I find that thr staff lately are rude and inattentive.

I have seen their lobby filled with guests and delivery drivers get upset at their demeanor and attitudes. The young thin middle eastern/asian gentlemen with glasses leaves a lot to be desired for in his interactions with others. Communications seems to be an issue as there seems to be a language barrier present.

I di enjoy Taco Bell but I can do without the long waits at a fast food restaurant and terrible attitudes from employees therein.

Dining area and woman restroom were hardly suitable for guests as they were dirty and littered. Kiosks screens had smudges and grease...

Just tried to go through drive through AGAIN I was told they don't honor what I want. I asked why it's listed and very RUDELY "I don't make the prices DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT". A woman named Navera dressed in a Burka told my she was the manager. If I could give it less stars I would.

Just went through the drive through (a half hour before they close), I was told in a nasty way I was only allowed to order 5 things or less. It took me a few minutes more because since they were only allowing 5 things I had to change my thinking. I asked for a 12 pack tacos and they said that was more than 5 things. (I guess a dozen eggs is not one thing it's 12 things). When I asked for clarification about a 12 pack being only one thing as opposed to 12 things she said "sir my manager already told you once that you can only get 5 things or less. When I got to the drive up window I asked what time do they close I was abruptly told in a few min, I asked what's a few min she said 10 min I said to her you know it's only 9:30 right "do you still want the food or what ?" NASTY ATTITUDE AND I GUESS WHO EVER RUNS THE LOCATION DOESN'T KNOW THE EMPLOYEES RESTRICT WHAT YOU ORDER A HALF HOUR...

It was the worst experience of my life in regards to fast food... So i order my food the lines moving quick so i figured this wouldn't be back. Lies!!! So i get to the window for my food...and they ask me to pull around to the door. I told the cashier I'd be in a parking spot. He said okay. I waited in a spot for 15-20 mins for me food. While 8 cars pull up and get there food while i receive nothing. So i pull back in line and wait until i get to the order screen again to let them know ive been waiting in the spot for my food. So he "ooo yeah come on". I get to the window, he hands me my food. No apology no nothing... Just didnt give a fuqk. Honestly after being there I'll never go back. When i got home all my Tacos were wet. My kids didn't eat it. They complained that they was wet and soggy. Who the fuqk whats to eat wet soggy tacos.... NO FUQKN BODY.... I WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME.
