Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I placed an order at the kiosk in this store this morning. The kiosk malfunctioned and charged me without processing my order. The machine instead printed a receipt for a different order. While waiting I noticed the receipt was wrong and alerted the staff. The staff got a manager, or the owner, who instead of having the items I ordered made, or reversing the charge, tried to gaslight me and tell me that I had never placed an order. My bank statement says otherwise. While she did this, she also deactivated the kiosk I used, basically admitting that it was faulty. I would only recommend this store if you want to experience...

New Dunkin in the neighborhood. Went in for the first time. Looks really nice. Slow morning, two people waiting four working so, I use the machine to quick order. Just a large tea and two donuts. They call my number. I go grab my order, no donuts I had to ask for them. Then I look at my cup, no tea bag. I open and smell. It is a coffee. I tell the girl I ordered a tea. They give me a tea and off I go. I get to work, and open my bag. Only one donut. Even though I ordered and paid for two. Enjoy my donation. Since I will never go here again. EVER SINCE THEY GOT NEW MANAGEMENT THIS PLACE WENT DOWNHILL THE MANAGER IS VERY IGNORANT ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT A CUSTOMER AS THEY LEAVE TO HER EMPLOYEES EMPLOYEES THE COFFEE HAS BEEN TASTING REAL FOUL LATELY ALWAYS COFFEE GRINDS IN YOUR COFFEE AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN SHE ALWAYS HAS SOMETHING SMART TO SAY SHE COMES FROM THE OTHER DUNKIN' DONUTS ON 24TH AND PASSYUNK THAT CLOSED DOWN EVER SINCE SHE CAME TO THIS STORE EVERYTHING JUST STARTED FALLING APART WE NEED OUR OTHER MANAGEMENT BACK AND GET RID OF THIS ONE SHE'S DRIVING THIS STORE DOWNHILL.
