So first im just gonna say that they have very good food but theres days it taste better then others. My 1 star is due to me walking in today at 8:00 pm to get a platter and when i get it i sit down so i can eat real quick before i leave so as im sitting i hear the women thats cleaning up basically talking smack in spanish that i wasnt suppose to sit down there to eat cause there about to close and mind you the door and menu says they close at 8:30 pm not 8:00 pm so i was confused but i just sat there and continued to eat but it doesnt end there then she catches my eye and she tell me in my face that i wasnt suppose to sit and eat cause there closing mind you its about 8:10 at this point and they close at 8:30 i just felt it was uncalled for i already had sat down she should of just let me eat and went my way i was definitely gonna be out by 8:20 what really pissed me off is that after she says that in my face she tells me its ok that i can sit and finish eating so why say something to me in the first place. Also she was talkin smack about me being on my phone like all i did was respond to a text. I just feel if yall have that yall open to 8:30 pm then people should be able to come in at 8:00 pm and 8:15 pm and get to sit down and eat they food so yall maybe need to change yall hours to 8pm. Employees definitely need better customer service skills & need to stop talkin smack in Spanish cause they obviously dont know who speaks it cause im 100 percent boriqua and they definetly thought i was a gringa! I ended up throwing my food out and leaving after she told me to stay and finish my food so i wasted my money cause i ended up going to eat at taco bell where i was allowed to sit and...

This place has always touched a nerve when ordering food particularly because of the employees that are in the front. Today when my dad walked in to order food, everything was fine, until it came to paying for the food. My dad pressed the no tip because all he was doing was picking up food. When we go dine to a restaurant of course we tip regardless of service, but not when I’m only paying to get my food. After my dad pressed no tip, one of the bum women sitting at the table asked another woman if my dad had tipped and she was like “no, nada” and they began to chatter among themselves. regardless if it was said with attitude or not, why would you ever ask a coworker that in front of a customer. I’ve worked in food service to and their behavior is disgusting. I called them and told them what they said and all I heard from the woman was that her people wouldn’t do something like that, when all of them were talking about it. And yes I called them bums because why would I give a tip to a person who is only sitting down doing nothing. No one gets tips for doing nothing. If they were to pick up food, I know for a fact they would not be tipping because it’s just picking up food. Tipping culture has gotten out of hand. If they want a tip so bad, then ask for a higher wage or get a job where your not sitting down all day, doing nothing. Tyson ave location. The food is really good. BUT!!!! I went here randomly for the first time because it’s a couple doors down from my therapy center and the smell man I just couldn’t resist. Soo I waited outside the door for a while, I was first in line then there were several others behind me. They open at 11am and not a second beforehand. The lady finally came and opened the door at 11:08 and the spanish guy that was outside waiting in line was nice enough to hold the door and let me in. Soo I get in line (1st guest in the store!) and the Spanish guy who was behind me was 2nd. The lady who was taking orders at the time looked me dead in my face and walked by me to all the spanish guest and started speaking Spanish and then tried to take the other Spanish guest and the nice Spanish guy orders right in my face! All the guest insisted by pointing at me and saying no she was first the lady went back and forth with him for about 3 mins speaking in Spanish while I sat there patiently and confused as to what was happening. Until the guest started replying in english and kept pointing and yelling. Whole time she was being rude and racist. Showing favoritism to her spanish guest.
