Unbelievably bad pizza and service was a bit strange too. Upon arriving, nobody seated us and I had to ask the bartender if we needed to self-seat. He said no and looked around to see where the wait staff was. He couldn't find them, so he went back to serving customers at the bar. After a few minutes, my friend and I just decided to sit at the bar. I ordered tomato pie, and let me tell you, this was not tomato pie. It was burnt pizza crust with sauce. Some are describing it as 'burnt' and not realizing that slightly charred crust is an intentional and fine delicacy that is a staple of pizza in places like New Haven. I recommend the spicy and getting takeout unless you're looking for a bar atmosphere.
