Worst Experience at a pizza establishment ever!!!!! the people at this pizza store don’t apologize for nothing I’ll been ordering from there for years!!!! they forgot your drink than give you nothing for the inconvenience The chicken fingers are salty, gyro is dry (pizza is okay and is the only thing I use to order from this establishment)when I’m lazy and don’t feel like going out my sister ordered me a pizza while she was at work and when the driver got to the door I’m expecting to get my pizza and leave a tip like I’ve been doing for years but no he asks for my credit card and ID of the person who ordered the pizza and I’m thinking how I’m gonna give you that when my sister ordered this from work and they wouldn’t accept my credit card and ID when the pizza was already paid for and they never asked for this before in all the years I’ve been ordering from them this was the last straw and now I’m done with them they will never get any of me or my family’s money again their are way better pizza places around the city that actually taste good way better. Mind you they said nothing about this new policy when my sister ordered the pizza so now I had to order another pizza from a different store and everyone in the house is hungry and had to wait longer thinking they was about to eat when the driver got there so if you plan on getting food for here for your family or anyone and your not there u can’t I’m just so disgusted with this pizza place!!! I have been a fairmount pizza customer since I was 19. I'm 38. Savas was always wonderful and a pleasure to see and chat with. Many of the other folks there became like family when I ordered lunch from there several times a week and had a standing 10 pizza order every Friday for several years for the guys working on my construction sites in that neighborhood. I've continued ordering from them. Today I ordered from their through grubhub because I didn't know they delivered to League Street from there. The delivery driver arrived to the jobsite and called. I said the guys working on the crane in yellow shirts. He said okay. He called me back 5 minutes later and I was on a conference call. I texted him and he said he found them. A little while went by and my guys asked where lunch was. I said there. They walked around for several blocks looking for it and found guys at 2100 Washington eating their lunch. I called Fairmount Pizza and the manager, Manoli, answered and defended his delivery driver and said he dropped it off at 2301 League. He didn't. He dropped it to guys working 3 blocks away on another crane with green and blue shirts on. He would not call the driver. He would not redeliver the order which is what I wanted. I did not want a refund. I wanted my guys to eat lunch. Instead he was a condescending jerk and kept insinuating that I was lying when I have MANY photos of guys in shirts from another company 3 blocks away eating pizza out of Fairmount Pizza boxes. I will NEVER order from here or go here again. Manoli is not how I ever remember anyone from Fairmount Pizza EVER treating a paying...

The pizza here is very good. The only issue about this spot is the customer service I came today to get a Uber eats order for my customer and I asked to use the bathroom and the manager was very nasty on why I could not use the bathroom, even though I was picking up a order for someone he told me that I had to buy something or I I would not be able to use the bathroom. The other customers in line were very disgusted and disappointed and would not buy from this place ever again because the customer service is awful. The so-called manager at the facility also said that if I like, I can go use the bathroom somewhere else. I was forced to buy something so I can use the bathroom because there was no other place to use the bathroom outside of the area if someone is picking up a order from Uber eats that is technically still business being brought to the facility. The customers in line were very disgusted and wanted to cancel midway but their food was already done. Never coming here again. Also, when the customer was disgusted with the manager decision, she felt bad and wanted to pay for me so I can use the bathroom and instead of the manager handling it well he interfered with the lady asking about it .
