Food and drinks were decent, but on the pricier end for sure. Chaotic inside on a Sunday morning. With that said, we ordered 2 lattes and 1 breakfast sandwich. Sandwich came out in 5 mins. We waited for our drinks for over 30 mins. When we asked about them, we were just told they were coming and the staff proceeded to avoid us as we continued to wait. After waiting for over 30 mins and already done our sandwich, we decided to respectfully ask for a refund. The manager was rude, acted like the 2 drinks on the counter were ours and just sitting there, even though it wasn’t even what we ordered and we already saw them on the counter with a different order number. She then proceeded to give us the one drink that was sitting there and then make us our other one. Never even tried to apologize to us or even look at us, honestly. They kept blaming it on how busy it was, which would be completely understandable if all the people who ordered after us hadn’t received their drinks long ago. As people who live in the area, it would be very convenient for us to frequent here for coffee and a quick bite. However, we will not be back and would rather walk farther to support a small business that actually treats their customers...

got a pork roll “Bagel” sandwich to go… more like cheap & tasteless week-old circle-shaped bread with 1.3461 slices of meat on it. The egg was dope tho ngl, the rest of the sammy was gar-báge.

I’m never one to drop a sour take on a service establishment, but the sandwich was not cut in half and the world needs to know: pure laziness and zero forethought into how anyone without the mouth of a giant would fit a whole effing sandler into their gullet. Easy fix tho right no prob bob, walked back in and asked them to cut it. The dude opened it up to cut it but then cut the wrapper underneath also (noob move) and handed it back to me unfolded. An attempt to fold it up again split the wrapper and the sandwich imploded all over the counter. 3 employees stood right there watching me struggle and I had to ask them for another wrapper. weak-sauce my g’s, weakest of sauces.

Def not an awful place by any means, but certainly an odd experience and employees who clearly didn’t give two shits. Cut your darn sandwiches in half please; mid move to ignore a detail like that, takes half a second. And kindly for the love of everything holy and good, please consider selling actual bagels instead of that flavorless steam-bake bulk...

My first negative experience was when I hurried to get here before closing and arrived 20 minutes before their listed close time and they were already closed. I'm not trying to sound entitled and I understand places stopping the kitchen and espresso machines a bit before closing so they can clean up, but the entire shop was closed you couldn't even get a bottle from the fridge.

Secondly, they are really inconsistent. First time I had the oat draft latte it was fantastic, the next 3 times it was very underfilled. I had similar experiences with their pumpkin spice and normal lattes which sometimes are fairly good and sometimes are really bad.

The first time I had the vegan burrito it came with a good sized side of nice crunchy potato wedges. Today it came with a tiny portion of barely cooked potatoes and my drink was really bad.

I simply can't recommend it because the experience is so random each time, and my drink actually being good is more of an exception than the standard. Great...

Food was good and unique. Service was very good. Quick delivery of our food. Very crowded with many people sitting and working on their laptops at larger tables so that wasn’t great. Might be nice to encourage them to use the community high top table towards the front instead. Egg sandwich was good and I appreciated the server recommendation to put the pepper sauce on the side. Pastrami and egg sandwich was good. Good coffee and tea. No free refills is a joke on a $3 small cup of coffee and an iced tea! It costs you nothing for those beverages!

I really love this place. Everything on the menu so far has been delicious and I usually go there for lunch. I've been there about 5 times now and I've deliberately been having something different every time and every sandwich has been really very tasty. Best French Dip! The chicken salad and the turkey sandwich are also really good, especially on their croissants. Lattes are always awesome!
