George's is a famous spot for the Gypsy's and me being Gypsy of course I had to go eat there, John who is the owner insulting me as I walked in saying to the African American cook THE DIRTY GYPSY'S ARE BACK!!! Thats my first time going to George's John taken my order and said to me in a rude tone, you know yous guys pay first then eat, I thought to myself and figured maybe he had problem with another Gypsy' but that had nothing to do with me, I give him my debit card and he said NO CARD!!! CASH ONLY!!! So I'll give him a $100 dollar bill and he said YOU GUYS ALL WAY DO THIS!!! He says he's been in business for 30+years you should take debit cards it's 2019 or at least have change ready for your customers, so I got change and paid him and I waited about 12-15 minutes before the African American guy served my food I had a veal sandwich, upon taking the first bite I noticed the veal was a little under cooked so I asked John can you make it well done for me and he said IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT DON'T EAT IT!!! Trust me, this is the one

I've always ordered the same exact thing, since long as I can remember...two Burn My A$$ hot sausages, with extra long hots, and raw onion. I'm extremely grateful that the cute daughter and other family members have kept this institution from my childhood, and a staple of the Italian Market up and running. I will stop by soon, cause all this talk about food is...
