Manayunk Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ok so I've been ordering from this place once or twice a week for dinner for years now and once every friday a week for lunch. Tonight was the absolute worst service ever and the owner or manager is completely rude!!! First off they must not be able to read because they made the cheesesteak I asked for but it was completely wrong. My husband called back and explained it very nicely. The offered to make it again. When my husband was on the phone with the guy he told him please no fried onions 3 times. They remade the cheesesteak and sent it back. Again was wrong. No ketch, no mayo, and still had fried onions all over it. I call back and ask to speak with the manager. He gets on the phone argues with me that they remade it and made it right. I'm telling him I'm looking at it. It's pulled apart I'm not blind. I'm not dumb I can see there is no mayo no ketch and I can clearly see fried onions on it. He tells me he checked it before they sent it out the second time so he clearly must be blind and can't read the ticket! I told him its ridiculous I don't want it remade I don't want anything else and how will we fix this. He tells me he'll refund the money then hangs up on. I call back to find out how he is going to refund it because it was cash and not a card. He says I'm sending the driver back and hangs up again. I am pregnant and I work for a school and ordered every Friday with my co-workers from them who actually order from them because of me literally saying how great they were. Plus my family would order dinner from them once to twice a week. After this encounter they lost my business for sure and I will make sure my co-workers order from somewhere else now too. They are very rude. We spent about 70 dollars on 2 cheesesteaks, cheese fries, grilled cheese, and chicken fingers and we spent about that every time we ordered from them to be treated like that. Never again will we order from them again and like I said word of mouth is everything. My uncle used to own a pizza business here in Philly and I worked for him and never would we treat customers that way specially customers that ordered that much. Now let's see if they actually...

It is ashame because me and my family order from Here atleast 2 times a week and lately it has been getting worst and worst and I’m not sure if it’s the staff or new management but there is definitely poor management and no pride or coommon sense going on in here as of lately. This is the 4th time my order is completely wrong and I’m paying extra money for somthing I didn’t even get. Example I ordered a cheeseburger lettuce tomatoes bacon and mushrooms? And this is what I was given a plain burger with pepperoni and I was charged for bacon and mushrooms as extra toppings and I ended up having to go to the ER because I am allergic to pepperoni.. when I called to report my Order nothing but a steady ring nobody answered and I’ve been calling since 10:00 . But it is okay I will no longer be doing business here and it makes me sad to say this but I’m tired of wasting money here on food that I did not order and I had to go to the hospital because I didn’t know my order was wrong until I started choking coughing on the spices from the pepperoni. I will be going to feiista for now on unless I am accommodated for the mistakes and given some type Of refund because this is just ridiculous how do I confused a burger that I ordered with a plain burger with pepperoni thank god I did not die and was able to get an eppy...

I ordered here through Doordash and it was so great I had to write a review. From start to finish it was a 40 minute transaction and the food was still hot and perfect holding temperature. We ordered the large Meat Lovers pizza (without ham) and a small Italian Sausage Calzone (extra sauce on the side). The topping coverage on the pizza was perfect, Pepperoni and sausage were both crisp and flavorful. The crust was closer to pan style, crisp on the bottom and fluffy throughout without being too 'bready'. Perfect crust for a 1 year old rounding on her 9th tooth👍🏾 (she had a ball with that crust🤣). My only qualm would be less cheese (I am usually the one to say light cheese), but hubby loved it exactly how it came (cheese lover). As for the calzone I usually hate ricotta (like scrape it out or just leave it out of stuffed shells all together) but with their Italian sausage and spices and mozzarella 🤤 so yummy! The dough was just on point and the sauce on the side was good enough to drink, so definitely get that extra sauce with your calzone! Amazing job guys!
