I've eaten a few times at Mario's because they are the closest pizza shop near my home. The pizza is decent meaning if you really have a craving and you're unable to get to another pizza place this one will do just to satisfy your craving. The buffalo wings were ok. The cheesesteak was small and not good at all and the meat wasn't seasoned. The bacon cheeseburger was a bacon BIT cheeseburger. Instead of slices of bacon they sprinkled bacon bits onto a tasteless slice of cheese and put that on an even more tasteless burger patty which was kin to a McDonald's patty. Frankly the "bacon cheeseburger" was a JOKE! The prices are high yet the quality is low. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wanted more than the occasional slice of pizza. The staff is nice and friendly.

We ordered a Pizza Burger, Turkey cheese burger with mushrooms and provolone cheese, fries and a slice of pizza. Everything was delicious, all fresh ingredients. It was so good I started eating before I even had the chance to take pictures because it smelled so good. Not realizing that I would bite into Greatness. This was a homemade burger not those pattys and seasoned to perfection. The young who took our order was sweet, courteous and professional. The other staff were just as friendly. I actually witnessed the people handling the food wash their hands. ☺. We will go back there and I have already begun to refer people. #Great people #Great food#Great service

I'd really like to push to a 3.5 star on this one. Since we've moved to the area, Mario's has been our go-to pizza place. I'd say there's not much that makes it different, but we have enjoyed their food, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable. Occasionally a pizza is a little doughy/chewier than usual, and that's about all that really bumped me down. Not a major issue since we don't feel the need to go elsewhere. If you're looking for a consistent, local pizza joint, I'd recommend giving it a try.

Update!!!! I finally tried Wawas pizza, it's honestly better compared to Marios!!! It was delivered hot, fresh,& I'd smelled the garlic before I'd opened the box. Pizza is real good ,better than I expected!!! Good enough for me to come back & edit this review.Yes,The pizza was definitely much more cheat compared to Marios!!! They definitely exposed all these so called pizzarias. Anybody can make pizza!!!!!! Don't eat here!!! They have rats!!!! I've seen not only one but two rats run across the place!!! Dirty and when confronted act like your lying. Before that I'd ordered food online and I'd called asking where my order was at after 30 minutes after the estimated time. They lied and said they called and left food on porch. There was nothing there!!! The ghetto angry trash delivering lied & said it send a text and called but there is no text messages nor calls in my call log. Luckily I got refund. Never will order from here ever again. I only order out of convenience so now won't waste money here anymore and order from somewhere actually making good food. Nasty dirty immigrants! They're ghetto & make the neighborhood look ghetto. They touch food w/o gloves and some guy sneezed, wipe his nose, and touched my food. I once again confronted and got met w/a whole attitude. This place needs to be shut down or shot up. Reviews are fake. One of my friends didn't even know they had a so called positive review about this place until I told them. She immediately deleted it. Smdh I forgot to add that food is overpriced, not that good and pizza/stromboli is always lukewarm to cold every single time. Why is your pizza always damn near minutes away from being cold & hard. The driver is very angry and negative. One time wouldn't walk up my steps wanted to deliver food on sidewalk because I didn't tip. They are definitely going to be shut down I'll make sure if it. Trash place not...

Sorry to say I won’t be a Mario’s patron any longer

I have lived in this neighborhood and my mother and i have order pizza from Mario’s in market square for 30+ years. Sorry to say that has come to an end. I don’t know where the nice older guy went, I rarely see him. The workers are rude.

My issue today was not with the discrepancy in the outdated pricing on the menu. I understood the man when he told me that a new menu was coming.

My issue was that when I called to ask about a $2 charge on my receipt I wasn’t even able to get the question out. He doesn’t even know I called to ask about this $2. He immediately got rude and loud and was over talking me with “ I told you the prices were out dated” and he never let me ask my question. So I just said “ok” and hung up. No use trying to explain.

When I picked up my food first you said $44, which is what it should be according to your outdated menu. In all my years of working in customer service, if the price on the sign is incorrect you still have to honor it! Then someone from the back of the restaurant shouted “$49”. Ok fine, $49. But then when I get home and look at my receipt I was charged $51 and change. Where is this extra money coming from? It was not even the correct amount to be the tax.....

If a customer calls your store and they have an issue you should probably let them explain what the issue is before you start yelling at them “I told you a new menu is coming the price went up”.

That explanation does NOT explain this flat $2.00 non food charge. Thanks for answering my questions..... with fiesta and Mario’s crossed off the list I guess that only leaves golden crust. I’m open to any other suggestions for good reasonably priced pizza in chestnut hill/mt. airy...

I ordered from this restaurant a couple times. The first order came lukewarm just as this order came. The first order was so so in flavor. The pizza crust was tough and chewy. This order had bone fragments in the chicken wing meat. I'm sorry, but there is no reason for sizeable bone fragments to be in a chicken wing drum. I've never had that happen in my life with chicken wings. The pizza crust was very chewy and tough, not much sauce or flavor. Our cheesesteaks had very little steak, maybe like 4 - 5 oz of steak if that. There was very little cheese on both steaks. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I had the owner of the establishment call me screaming and verbally harassing me with some extremely unprofessional language. I was going to let the issue lie with the food because grubhub refunded the order. I wouldn't order from the restaurant again anyway. I'm sorry but any other restaurant that I've been in would be happy to refund a meal if I found bone fragments in my food. However, instead of apologizing for the issues she decided to change this into a legal matter. I will be sharing the bone fragments and information with my lawyer. I have never had any restaurant owner call me to harass me at any time. Be careful when ordering here or just move on to...
