Disappointed...Again! I'm not lovin' it!

I promised myself after having such terrible experiences time after time that I wouldn't go to McDonald's anymore.

Incompetence, bad attitudes from the employees, and food that tastes so awful it doesn't even resemble what I remember from the good old days -- by would I subject myself to that? Well I wouldn't... But someone asked me to pick up something for them.

I placed a mobile order for pickup at the drive thru window - "We're making your order now so just let us know your order number when you get to the speaker..." - I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru line just to get to the speaker. When I got there, I told the girl my mobile order number and she didn't know what I was talking about..she didn't even know the concept. She was rude and condescending in her tone and it seemed like she thought that I was the incompetent one. Lol. When she finally recognized what I needed (my pre-ordered and pre-paid items), he said, you'll need to come inside. Huh!?! No. And she relented and said to just come to the next window. As I waited, I heard her treat customer after customer in the same manner. This left my shaking my head and wondering how in the world anyone would think they deserve $15/hour for doing that kind of a job.

If this was an isolated incident, I'd consider it just that. It is sadly what is now expected when I go to McDonald's. So I won't be going anymore... Even as a favor to someone else.

Today I went to McDonald’s and upon arriving manager was outside smoking a cigarette. First red flag, there was a car in front of me in Althea drive thru, cashier proceeds to take the car ahead of me order, okay cool once it’s time to take my order cashier stops taking orders I wait in the drive thru for about 6-7 minutes I even said hello no answer I wait another 2 minutes when I decide to drive to the window myself to see what was going on. Getting to the window the cashier looked so lost she could’ve been in a different planet. I ask her if they are still taking orders considering it’s only 10:29 and more then 3 cars were behind me trying to place an order, no lie when I say that cashier looked at me and told me oh my headset died. Then didn’t even ask me to take my order a previous customer comes back to the window to tell the cashier his burger bread was hard as a rock and cashier looked at him said sorry and proceeded to walk away. Not once was I told I’m sorry I’ll take your order in a second. I was walked off from. Which eventually I just decided to take my money else where. I actually ended up at the tacobell right next door and so did another few cars that were behind me waiting. Not even to say manager looked confused as to what was happening cashier looked stoned out of her mind. If it was busy I would understand you literally had 1 car plus me in the drive thru when I first arrived. This McDonald’s is getting...

if I could give zero stars I would. This location has been below average for years and I try to avoid this location, but last night after traveling for hours my four-year-old daughter woke up at 11 o'clock hungry so before we got home, we stopped here because it's the only one open until midnight in the area.I ordered a happy meal and requested that they give a girl toy if available the young person at the drive-thru informed me "they didn't have girl toys they only had unisex boy toys" that sentence in itself does not make sense.When I proceeded to the window another young man handed me my daughters happy meal and then her drink which was halfway full so I asked him politely could he please fill it up he filled it at the soda machine that's next to him and then proceeded to go to the back of the kitchen with my daughters drink in hand out of sight and brought it back overflowing with juice all over the cup now this person was well aware that this meal was for a child, I don't know what he did to my daughters drink but I told him I did not want it and that it was unacceptable. No one tells any of you to wake up and apply at McDonald's no one begged any of you to go work in customer service this location definitely needs...
