Nanu's Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Philadelphia

On June 18 (originally said the 20th, but that was just when the charge cleared), I accidentally placed a mobile order to this location instead of the one I intended. I had clicked the correct location on my maps, but the system somehow routed it here.

When I showed up at the other Nanus, the cashier recognized the issue, called this location to explain what happened, and told me to reorder with him directly, then email customer service for a refund. I followed all of those instructions, confirmed everything in person, and replaced the order, meaning I paid $60 total (for about $20 worth of food; the prices were much cheaper in person).

Before placing the second order at the counter, I even showed the cashier the email I was sending to customer service, just to make sure everything was aligned.

Since then, I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times over more than two weeks, and still haven’t received a response or refund.

As a college student trying to share some of my favorite local spots with out-of-town friends, this really hurts especially when I don’t have nearly $40 extra to spend on a meal gone wrong. I was excited to show them the place I’ve come to enjoy, but now I realize it’s just not worth it.

The mix up may not have been this location’s fault, but there was clear communication between the two stores, and I was assured it would be taken care of. Instead, I’m out $60 for a single meal. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this situation makes it hard to justify coming back when there’s been zero...

The food I received from the nanu’s on Ogontz was horrible and I love the food truck down temple and the store on cottman this was highly disappointing I ordered extra hot it taste like a regular chicken tender I didn’t even finish it I feed it to the neighborhood cats the fries was good tho sadly it was such a turn off I don’t think I will order from any of there stores anymore also these gotta be a lot of paid for reviews because a 4.9...

okay so usually nanus is fire, this is my first time ordering from this location. i got the sandos and loaded waffle fries. y’all forgot the coleslaw, jalapeños, and cheese on everything. y’all are also wayyy to trigger happy wit the sauce and the chicken not as crunchy as normal. don’t get me wrong the food was still good, and y’all have generous portion sizes- just a bit disappointed in...
