New England Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Horrible customer service, they need to train the girl that answers the phone. She is not professional at all. Because of the playing around she does, she does not place the orders correctly also tells ppl to hold to then hang up on them more then once! On top of that the delivery guy isn’t professional either.. got the nerve to ask a under age girl for tip money then caught an attitude bc she didn’t give him anything. Luckily I was not there when it happened bc I would’ve let him have it! I been ordering for years but lately I don’t know who’s running things there but at this point they need to get reported to the better...

Very disappointed. Hadn't been in years and didn't know they were under new mgmt but I figured something was different because back when I used to go regularly, it was hard to find parking. Today, I parked right in front. Go in, it is completely empty, very dim. Order a grilled chicken salad and ask for extra egg and extra dressing. Get the salad back to my job. Not only did they not include the extra dressing or egg, they didn't include egg in the salad at all and it comes with egg. So I was stuck eating an eggless salad that tasted bland with chewy chicken. Couldn't even get through it. Pissed because I gave them a $2 tip....

I would leave 0 stars for this horrible establishment if I could. As soon as I walked in to place an order, she immediately said "you still owe me from the soup from yesterday, you didn't pay me. I am just driving in from Virginia and have NEVER been to this place. When I told her I never been here before she stated "I don't think so". Ma'am, do I look like I need to steal soup???!!!! What a horrible person to have greeting people. Maybe she feels all black people look the same, not sure. But I'm from Philly and I will never ever return to this place again. You could not pay me to eat from a place who has such ignorant...
