Its sad to say that as they hire more workers, the quality of the smoothies and drinks decreases. I've informed them multiple times that the drink isn't as how it was like before, what did they do? Nothing except apologies. 1st time: I got a mango smoothie, tasted nothing like the ones they made before. Complaint to the workers, they made a new cup. 2nd time: got a kiwi smoothie, no special requests. 10 minutes of walking home in cold weather, to find it watery. 3rd time: mango smoothie, very pale and tasted more like yogurt than mango. Asked to have a new one made, they only apologized for the mango being not in season. Kiwi smoothie, more ice than kiwi. 4th time: ordered 2 milk teas with less ice. Both looked like they had more ice then less. Not to mention once J left the store, 5 minutes later as Im on the bus to work, I find that the cup or seal was broken and my cup of milk tea turned into a bag of tea. I tried to call them numerous time to address this issue, but no answer.
If mangos or kiwis arent in season take it off the menu and bring it back when it is. You have a phone at the store, it would be nice for you to answer it and help the customer out. I trusted them, but it seems like they lost it. Ive been a customer here since it opened and I recognized the workers there. Its definitely the new workers mistake, I know one of them is a chubby female. She would always also give me an attitude when I come to make an order.
Another complaint is, i dont understand how I order 2 drinks and someone who comes in after I do orders 4-5 drinks and have theirs made first. I wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks when the chubby...

My nephew who is only 3 accidentally dropped a drink upon receiving it and the cup cracked open spilling everywhere. I apologized and thought they would make him another drink especially because he was very upset. They basically ignored me until I asked if I had to buy another drink only to have the staff ignore me again. After repeating myself again, they said I had to buy another one. The quality is very poor to have a cup crack open so easily. Customer service is also very poor. It was an accident. Not one sip was taken from this drink. A straw wasn't even put in it yet. I would have appreciated another drink or some explanation to why they wouldn't make me another drink. We will not be returning anytime soon. Read moreI've tried taro milk tea everywhere but this was the only place that put the actual pieces of boiled taro into the milk instead of taro flavored milk, so basically I was drinking plain milk (which I hate) and eating the boiled (and mostly flavorless) taro. Same with their 'taro waffle' - they just put a piece of flavorless boiled taro in the middle of the waffle. The 2 girls working there seemed introvert which was okay but at least they could've said hello and told us about the long wait and their unique type of "taro milk". And 1 of the girls would sometimes peek at us with her grumpy face and unfriendly attitude - I understand that it was probably just her face but it did make me feel uncomfortable...
