So while I was there I saw that a piece of chicken that they had just cooked fell on the floor. And I saw that the man kept peeking over his shoulder to see if I was watching so he was hesitant to pick it up and I quickly said aren't you going to pick that up and throw it away and the young man that was at the front with the glasses said huh. I said to the young man that spoke English listen to he dropped a piece of chicken I'm pretty sure that he's going to throw it away so quickly the young man went over picked it up put it behind the counter not to throw it away but put it behind the counter. I ordered food for the first time at 7:15pm and I only ordered a few things. I asked when I called how long it will take and I was told 30 minutes. Ok perfect. I should expect food by 7:45-8. I'm not one to complain but 8:15 approached and I called and apparently the food was on its way. Great I'm only 4 blocks away so they must be close. But then it was 8:40 and I called again and I got the same answer. So I just made my own food at home since my food apparently wasn't coming. I ordered a large shrimp and broccoli with 6 chicken wings and I paid close to $30. When I received my food it was 2 large clumps of black hair in it. When I contacted the store they reacted in a nasty way and once I said I would write an honest review on google about the hair the lady said whatever bye and hung up the phone. This is not the service that I would like for anyway to experience I just hope that people think twice before ordering from this nasty place.
