I am trying to figure out where to start. I was scrolling down DoorDash until I saw Palmita. I ordered the chicken mixto bowl with cilantro green sauce. I expected the food to taste pretty good, but not this good. This seems like art, I could tell the people who prepped my dish, truly take time for what they do. All of my ingredients were fresh and from plants, excluding the chicken. All the ingredients blended into a majestic taste. Ordered for the first time today as a delivery and received the wrong order. When I spoke to the delivery person, he told me they gave him that order. I tried reordering it again just to find out that they blocked all orders because they were too busy. Why open a location that closes at 1am to stop orders at 9pm?
