Pazzo Pazzo Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered from Plaza pizza at 1600 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19122 on 05/24/2017 at 9:59 pm. Attached are 2 picture. One is a screenshot of the many orders I've placed in the last month and a half and 2 is a shot of the receipt which shows my order and the food that was actually delivered. So lets start with my order. I ordered Fingers (4) Chicken fingers, French Fried and Broccoli. As you can see from the picture, they delivered a wrap to me. (By the way I don't eat wraps). So the food was delivered at 10:34pm. I was taking out trash so by the time I gathered up the trash, Put it out, Washed my hands and noticed that the order was incorrect It was 10:44pm (EXACTY 10 minutes later). I called Plaza Pizza but unfortunately, they were closed. No Biggie, I called the delivery person (FREDDY-which is the name on the slip) and told him my food was incorrect. (By now it is 10:46) He said I'm sorry for the mix up but they are closed. He told me to call tomorrow. I hung up with him and called him right back. He told me that he just Called "Alex" and Alex told him to tell me to call tomorrow and he will give me free food. I asked Freddy if I can have my money back, Freddy said "No, I'm on my way home now, I cannot Refund" By now I'm upset but there is nothing that I can do So I made a salad and and was ok. I forgot to call on 05/25/2017 but I figured, no biggie, Alex is always very nice to me when I call anyway, I'm sure he will treat me as he always has and make it right. (Sidebar-Even in the past when I accidentally ordered the wrong Item, Alex always takes care of me). I catlled this morning and a woman answers the phone. I tell her to situation and she says "You have to call back after 4 and ask for Alex". I say ok. I call back today at 4:11pm (I waned to give Alex a change to get settled) and Alex answers the phone. (I'm thinking to myself "YAY this is who I wanted to speak to"). I tell Alex that the wrong food was delivered. He says No one told me about that. (I'm thinking to myself "Hun? but Freddy Called you and told you that my order was messed up") I said to him "But Freddy told me that he called you on your cell after you closed up and told you that my order was messed up! He said "No he didn't, Why didn't you call?" I told him that I did, but no one would answer the phone after 10:30. He says " I sorry, I see that you're a good customer, you order a lot but I cant do anything because My Boss is here". The conversation just went south after that until I hung up on him and vowed to never order from them again. I was going to keep this to myself until someone earlier told me that they waited 2 hours for food to be delivered last week and that they are not ordering from them anymore. My Point is this. I'm not a good customer, I'm a damn good customer AND I HAVE THE LOVE HANDLES TO PROVE IT!. The pictures show my online orders but they don't show the orders that I actually call in or the times when I actually walk in at lease 2 times a week when I get off work at 8:30pm and don't feel like cooking that late. Some of my Neighbors order from Plaza Pizza Because I Promote them. My Co-workers can even tell you how I always order from them (Taylor Lynn Katherine Allie can witness that people at work come to my desk for the Plaza Pizza Menu), My Pastor orders from Plaza Pizza because of me and because I promote how nice they are to me. Now one might think, Get over it, It's just one time. Well thats the reason why I'm so upset. One time when I tell you you sent me the wrong food. As much as I order from Plaza Pizza, the one time when I tell you something is wrong, you should want to make it right. Were talking $11.50 which probably cost you less than $5.00 because you sell for a profit. I vow to never order from Plaza Pizza again. I don't know about everyone but When I go, I'm taking at lease 12 of your faithful customers with me. Thanks for treating a "good...

Some of the comments I seen on here are a little over exaggerated. As for the first time I ordered from Plaza Pizza. It was delicious a little bit on the salty side ,but delicious. As cheese already has salt. Less salt would've been sufficient. I like trying something new every now and then. Where I ordered from one day wasn't from here. They burnt my stromboli and every time I ordered my hoagie from the same place I ask them to please put extra mayo. When that order came I had a hoagie ,but no mayo. So I saw Plaza Pizza and read all of the reviews. Mostly sound like college kids complaining like little babies. Their adults and their reviews some not all acted like little kids instead of acting like an adult. Like on one of the reviews they said delivery guy was late or the food was cold. My food was nice and warm. The gentlemen on the phone was very nice. One of them complained there was a woman who took the order and that she was nasty over the phone. Well that's the thanks you get when you work hard and they still complain and I bet they still order from your pizza shop. Most pizza shops are not owned by italians most are owned by greek. I'm 1/2 italian ,but that doesn't bother me. What ? I am trying to say is keep up the good work. Your food wasn't that bad. Hopefully the next time I order from your pizza shop I will order a hoagie. I am a native of Philly who don't get to come home often. Its hard to move around visiting people or places in such a short amount of time but I don't care where I visit or what hood I go to I know I can find a decent Cheese Steak in my city.

I never had one from this place but what I did like is my family recommended them and they still deliver outside of using an app with Grub Hub or Uber Eats.

I ordered a Cheese Steak and Small Cheese Pizza for my nephew. I was able to do everything online because that's what I like to do. Less errors that way but they do take delivery orders over the phone.

The pizza arrived in less than 40 minutes. I was impressed. When I opened it up and smelled it I knew I would be in heaven. This was the juiciest Cheese Steak I've had in a very long time. Cooked to perfection and I have to say I ate it entirely too fast because it was so doggone good. Oh well till next time. Now I know where I can get one...
