Philly Bagels — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I'm so sad. I just had a terrible experience with Philly Bagels JFK. I ordered through Ubereats 2 bagels 2 lattes=$43.35. I ordered The Weld on a jalapeñocheesebagel,same as usual, my son ordered a breakfast Sammy turkey bacon. My sons' bagel was exactly the way he ordered it, mine not quite. I received a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and Nova lox. All I wanted to do today was binge watch TV shows and eat carbs. No such luck for me. I got in an Uber and went down there because they weren't answering the phone. The manager Giana said that they were too busy to call me and tell me they didn't have whitefish salad, she also said they were too busy to answer calls. Have been a regular customer for a long time and have reached the point where I will never go back. I order a not toasted bagel with cream cheese every time. It takes anywhere from 1-15 minutes to get. Arbitrarily. I’ve ordered egg sandwiches twice and both times they were bad. One had a lot of slices of paper and one was made wrong. After 15 minutes today, I was told they didn’t have the bagel I watched them pull and cut. When I asked why it took them so long to tell me, the cashier gave me an attitude and huffed that they were busy. I will no longer be bothering them with my business. I recently visited Philly Bagels and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was super friendly, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese hot hunny bagel, and it was absolutely delicious! The bagel was hot, fresh, and perfectly made.
