I placed the DoorDash order around 10 o’clock when the DoorDash order arrived. I was missing my side orders for the boneless wings. It was two side orders. I was missing and my drink. I live close to the location. I walked over there. The front door was open as I was explaining to the manager, he was really big black rude and nasty. He told me to get out his store the lobby close at 10 I explained to him that the doors was open. He said I don’t care if the doors was open get out. I also have a video of him telling me to get out and get out his stoeI told him you do not own this store. He replied back. Yes I do so get the f out I also have the video because I recorded him then I went over to drive-through window. It was another Hispanic male manager. He had beautiful color eyes with his Popeyes manager hat on. I did not get his name, but he was really nice. He helped me he was not rude, also the black manager his uniform was really dirty. Nothing was tucked in. It was unbutton. Also, he did not have his head on or a name tag If they was to have inspection, they would have a lot of points taken off, but I would like this to be addressed how the Black manager spoke to me and also like I said I...

I gave this location 1 star because on a Saturday night the drive-thru was closed. Inside was extremely crowded. Besides the drive-thru being closed only one register was open and delivery drivers were picking up orders. Organized chaos to say the least. The food was good though, which was a plus. But the other downside was a patron got into an argument with a worker and it was ridiculous. The patron was cursing profusely and left. Then she re-enters tying her hair up and ordering the young lady to come outside to fight. Thankfully she didn't come back inside with a weapon! Into a crowded store and only one Exit! At this moment I wished the drive-thru were open to avoid this situation. My heart was beating so fast not knowing what was going to happen. This woman was crazy!! Needless to say I'm not going back to this location at all. I was visiting a family member and this was the closest location to her house.
