Just purchased a hoagie from Primos at 6602 Frankford Ave, where I always go and when I get home, to my surprise, there’s hardly any meat on it. I’m basically eating bread. My daughter purchased as well and hers was packed. And what’s even more disappointing is that I’m stuck with it. Who’s wants to get in the car and drive all the way back? Do better Primos.

Food was great, I originally think primos is alil over priced. Especially when there is other places around that offers similar quality for cheaper. But it's still a good eat. So only go when you get paid!! šŸ˜… šŸ‘šŸ¾ I got the "CRUSHER" And I crushed it. Lol

"This place makes hoagies the way they’re meant to be—fresh, flavorful, and stacked just right. Friendly staff, quick service, and every bite hits the spot. A hidden gem worth coming back to!"

The first time I went there ever I ordered a primo size Italian hoagie, it was made and I looked at how small it was and it was the smaller size I received and was charged the prise for a primo size. The second time I went there I ordered the same thing and it was mostly ham and lettuce but still good. The third time witch was yesterday I sent my boyfriend to get me the same kind of hoagie. They had a sale on all primo size hoagies for $6.99, my boyfriend was charged the full price of $8.99 so I called them today and talked to a guy named Frank about it and instead of him apologizing to me for my inconvenience he argued with me on the phone about the name of the female who served and over charged my boyfriend. I told him I didnt want argue with him about what her name was witch now I noticed that it wasnt her name it was my name spelled completely wrong on the receipt. He act like he was upset that I called and had a problem with this situation. He did offer 10% off my next order wich is fine but if a customer calls with this kind a problem the first thing that should be said is an apology and a offer to fix it. The guys here dont seem that friendly but I assume its because of they just get tired of making sandwiches. I will remain a customer there because I love their hoagies but now that I have let it be known what kind of services I have been receiving I hope that it I will not continue being...

The sandwiches are good, but the prices are so ridiculous there is simply no excuse for it. At $13 starting price for a "primo size", I was expecting a sandwich packed like old school south Philly. Not so much. More like wawa, but in fairness better ingredients. A mini is $9, again, starting price. By the time you add in tax, then they want you to roundup for charity, then you are pressured for a tip (18, 20, 22% suggested) despite the fact this type of business has no servers, just hourly employees. I walked out feeling very taken advantage of, having ordered one mini and one primo size, and it cost me $26 having had to custom put in a smaller tip. I could have eaten lunch with my son in a local restaurant for less, and actually been served. Sure, nobody is making me go there, and nobody is making me tip. It is embarrassing to walk out of a place though, and I was honestly expecting a lot more for the money. Considering you are pressured for a tip before even getting your food, I wouldn't expect a great outcome hitting "no tip". There is 100% no chance I will be back again. Many excellent local privately owned sandwich shops exist that do not try to gank...

First time ive used THIS location and i WONT be back; I'll take my bday discount as a loss ... You DONT even honor my bday discount, never asked my husband for any phone number altho i told your people i was using it. You forgot my REQUESTED cheese on the side of my (dumb NOT ALLOWED TO TOAST A COLD ROLL) veggie hoagie and I also asked for NO RED PEPPER. Guess someone on the phone wasnt caring to listen. So, at the Phillies game with a sandwich I can't eat and Manager Brian won't refund YOUR sandwich? Ok! Don't respond with a fake email like I've read...
