The only reason we are giving a two star instead five because this is our favorite bars that we have been coming to for years. Otherwise we would have walked out and left. We notice there was an entire new staff from bartenders to servers. Cool, no biggie we like the atmosphere. To start off we sat at the table because the bar area was full, which was fine. We then found our table and got a male server. When he first came to the table he reached over behind me and just sat the menu down and walked away. Never introduced hisself. Second, when my husband was ready to order he pretty much dismissed us and said he had to put in the other customers order. Fine!!! This is the icing on the cake……a young lady came over to take our order. I was really confused and ask her what happened to the guy. She then said, oh he has something to do. We never saw him again unless he was serving the other tables in the area He passed us on to another server the young lady. We were so confused to why….. this wasn’t even her table. Each and every other table that was in our area he waited on except us. The young lady had to do her tables in her area plus ours. This male looked Puerto Rican, blonde curly hair with a Phillies hat and shirt on with van sneakers. He had a very bad attitude from the moment we got there. I even heard a few other tables complaining about his service. We were looking for Gary to make a complaint but he wasn’t there at the time. We felt as if he was being really racist to us personally, but we not going to go there. We never got a chance to say two words to this guy. It’s to the point we don’t even want to come back there anymore. This place has always always been our go to spot where we even bring friends and family. Is this under new management? Hopefully management approach this employee to check his customer service because as a person in the industry I know he’s working for his tip. I am a good tipper so he just missed...

I personally really enjoy this place, I havent had many issues. I did check them out once during covid times, so that's going to be my main focus for this review. Tables were spaced out, you aren't allowed to stand at the bar and order or wait. Any drink orders must be made at a table. You also aren't allowed to go to a table unless you're eating

Over all they followed regulations really well and the food tasted great, so my low rating lies more with the service. It peeves me a little that they don't warn you of the high gratuity of 18%, which is a lot for such a laid back bar. Now, The staff were very nice and attentive, especially the older gentleman who stands by the door telling you what's open. Sadly my waitress just didn't quite hit the mark. She seemed to have a bad memory and kept forgetting stuff and asking again. What really upset me was she kept the change from my check without asking me first. It was only $3 but its common courtesy to ask such questions. I would have happily let her keep it on top of the tip i was giving if she had just asked. This had never happened to me before, I will mention that,...

I go here alot & order from here slot then about a year ago the business changed a band i went to watch there got taken of the bill every month but didnt keep me from watching the other bands but missed my favorite band there every month. But this was the last straw. The waitress & bartender Dottie is the best employee they have there. I ask for her every time i go there even if im oredering to go because most of the other waitresses are standing around in thier pphones texting. I waited one time to order my usual white pie & pitcher of ice tea when watching the band for two sets before they even asied me what i wanted. Dottie when she sees me she asks me if i want a pitcher of ice tea & my pie. Not only does she rember my order she rembers me. She greets me says hello Dottie Noble is the BEST EMPLOYEE YOU HAVE & need more like her & need to get rid of those young girls that want to stand in the back by the kitchen talking laughing & on thier phone NOT CARING ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS i dont know if im ciming back...
