I ordered a small pizza that was done completely sloppy—overloaded with cheese to the point it was inedible. It was greasy, poorly made, and just plain disgusting. The Greek salad wasn’t any better—there were globs of blue cheese thrown on top like an afterthought, totally overwhelming the flavor. If this is the kind of food you’re going to deliver at the end of the night, maybe consider closing early instead of serving customers subpar food.

This was my first time ordering. I live up the block and the time of order to delivery was about 30 minutes, which is pretty good. We got a small cheese pizza and cheese fries, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! I found the pizza to be more sauce than cheese (I prefer more cheese), but the flavor was so good! Will definitely be ordering again!

Finding a new pizza spot this is ridiculous! Been an ongoing issue for years now I always give the benefit of doubt however I ain’t giving them my money anymore. Never again save your money go somewhere else. It’s almost like my pizza was dropped and handed to me no cuts to make slices just a sloppy pizza that looks unappetizing!

Lorena & Ashley are the worst workers ever!!! ( If that's even their names). I went over my best friend's house who just recently had a baby to spend some time with her and do something nice for her. I had just come from work and she was hungry so we agreed to get take out. She suggested Renzi's and told me about how good their food is so I called and placed an order. We waited for over an hour and then called to see where the driver was. The first time we called we were told that they didn't know where the driver was but that he had left (duhh!) We waited some more and called back and were told that somebody had signed for me ( I had paid with a card). We argued with them because they didn't want to believe that we didn't get the food. We hung up and soon after I received a phone call from the house of the people who had received our food apologizing and needing the number to the pizza place so that they could return it. As I was giving her the number, she got a knock on the door from the delivery guy who was going to pick the food back up. By now it's 2 hours without food so we call Renzi's back and tell them what happened and we were told that the delivery guy went to pick up the wrong order and was going to return to get a new order to finally deliver it to us! Well by now we are upset and told them we want our food and our money back. Well apparently they can't do that because they were only going to give us fresh food! Wth! So now I'm trying to get my money back and ask for a manager. I'm told that he's not in so I ask for the girl's name who was dealing with me and she tells me that that is not important and she doesn't need to give me her name. I'm trying to get her name and my money back and she hangs up on me. I call back and speak to another person who then says that they're going to get the manager. Manager never talks on the phone ( obviously because he wasn't in) instead we are told that they can either give me my money back or give us the fresh food. I ask for her name and am told that her name is Ashley. I explain that the last girl hung up on us and she tried to say that the call got disconnected. The other girl then picks up the phone and tells us her name-Lorena, but says that she doesn't understand why that makes a difference. I finally tell her that I'll be in tomorrow and want my money back and we were told that I would have it refunded back within 24 hours but would not be getting any food. This is beyond ridiculous and I have NEVER encounted such unprofessional behavior from staff at a Pizza take out place ( and that's a lot to say). LAST time I'll EVER order from there and I WILL be there tomorrow!

For the record, it is worth noting that Renzi's menu states the following: " Thank you for choosing Renzi's. We are committed to providing you with a great product, a fair price, and a friendly service. If you are not 100% satisfied let us know and we will...

I’m giving this a star because the fries weren’t half bad. But unfortunately I never got to taste the pizza I ordered. I called to ask if they had beef or turkey pepperoni and the cashier said they only serve pork. Which is fine, but for religious reasons I do not eat pork. So, I asked for half mushroom and half cheese. The order was never repeated to me I was asked, “is that all?” And she told me it would be 40 minutes for the pizza to arrive. So far so good...

The pizza came and I found a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. I don’t expect you to accommodate beef or turkey just because of my religious purposes. But, I do ask that you respect my wishes as a customer and listen to my order and comply with the request... after all, you serve the costumer. I called the restaurant and the woman who took my order came to the phone. I reminded her of my order and told her I cannot eat the pizza because we don’t eat pork in this household. Instead of rectifying the issue which I would’ve been perfectly happy with (because mistakes happen and that’s okay) the cashier decided to argue me. She said I confirmed a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. I promise you, I would notice if someone repeated pepperoni to me because I have not will not eat pork in the past, present or future. As the customer, it was appalling to hear someone argue me on what I ordered. Please do not tell me my own preferences, it’s just plain rude. I requested to speak to a manager and the woman says, “we’re actually very busy right now but what I can do for you is send over a new pizza.” Again, are you serving the customer or are you serving the workers? I’m sorry I’m asking you to do your job. I didn’t cuss, I didn’t degrade to worker... I simply asked to rectify the wrong order and to speak with the manager about the lack of professionalism their worker has. Whether it be a pizza shop or a 5-star restaurant... customer service is expected.

Nonetheless, I spoke with the manager. It was a woman, I was told her name is “Poppie.” I don’t know if I believe this. And, if that was the manager I am very ashamed for this shop. The manager at first sounded like she was fixing the issue. But in the midst of me expressing myself she burst out in a laugh that she tried to suppress and talk off. This is plain disrespectful. I canceled the new pizza because I did not trust the shop wouldn’t sabotage the new order. I do not trust this shop. Maybe the food is exceptional, maybe the cook is a great person, the driver was really nice... but based on the customer service I refuse to order from here again. You can’t have a business without customers and you cannot please a customer if you refuse to listen to their concerns.

Thank you Renzi’s pizza for wasting $25 (20+tip) on food I was unable...

I moved from Bridesburg and expected this Renzi’s to be the same quality as the original. I’ve given this place SOO many chances over the past year really hoping they’d get it together. Unfortunately it’s only gotten worse. Pizza is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good. Most of the time the cheese is like chewing gum. Sometimes no one answers the phone during regular business hours or they pick up and hang up! WTH Lazy! EVERYTHING that comes out of this place reeks of onions, clearly nobody ever cleans the grill. Not a single onion in my order ever yet as soon as I open my front door the smell of onions is overwhelming! Disgusting.🤢 They put the hot and cold food together resulting in warm hoagies. These are simple fixes that I’ve let them know about but they continue to occur. They charged me $1.35 for pickles on the side of my hoagie! I didn’t want onions, tomatoes, or lettuce- but of course no credit for all the stuff they’re not adding. Yet they are quick to nickel and dime you for everything!...
