literally worst experience at a starbucks ever. the Girl taking my order (i believe naila?) did not come up to the register to take an order for 10 minutes or even acknowledge two people were standing in line. there was a lady in line before i got there, i figured she was being taking care of as i sat in line for 5+ minutes, but she was not. she ended up asking the lady if they were open. she, very rudely, says yes with a disgusted look on her face. a couple more minutes pass and the other lady leaves. I remain in line and a couple minutes later she walks up, doesn’t say a word, just stares, so i order. as i order she is rude and making faces like i am inconveniencing her by ordering. I remain nice the entire interaction, however she does not speak to me one besides asking me what size. then she walks away as i pay and puts my stuff on the counter. i say thank you and she says nothing. not that i expected anything after that interaction but it’s okay. she was very rude, i understand bad days as i have worked in customer service, i stayed nice the entire time but i cannot believe how she spoke to the lady in front of me and the looks of disgust i got my...
Read moreI went to the Giant on Grant Avenue at about 6:40 P.M. I received the most effective customer service, both employees Jay & Jamal, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my Starbucks experience a pleasurable one. I placed two orders and they were made perfectly!!! These two are dedicated, hard workers that deserve to be paid at least $15 per hour. They were cheerful, worked quickly, while still maintaining patience and positivity. A friendly conversation ensued to my excitement. How pleasant to see workers who actually care about serving and caring for each customer. Their station was clean, organized, and customer-friendly. I hope I always have Jay & Jamal as my baristas. They know what they’re doing- and they do it very well! I was taken back by their work ethic and kindness. They are definitely uniquely hard-working people that deserve recognition.I would be glad to go back. I hope their management recognizes the work ethic these two beautiful humans hold and disperse. Read moreThe staff have problems with each other in this place I stood in the waiting area where no one can sit and I don’t think anyone was 6’ apart. It took me 30 mins to get 1 coffee I was trying to help the drive threw line by coming in big mistake. I watched the sandwich guy use the tongs on a sandwich then use the same tongs to throw out the wax paper it was cooked on. The tongs touched the garbage can 13 times in the half hour I was there. ALSO the manager was changing the trash I don’t think that’s a good idea on a busy Saturday morning. Someone has to do it.
