Three Countries Pizzeria — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I placed an order at 4 a.m. on a Monday morning. I was told to expect to wait 45 minutes. My delivery arrived in less than 30 minutes. All of my food was hot. More importantly all of my food was delicious. I never write reviews. It was so good I decided to write this one. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese and bacon with lettuce and tomato. I didn't ask for the bun toasted but it came toasted anyway. The burger was cooked at a perfect temperature.The bacon was crisp and fresh. The right amount of cheese was on it and it was all around delicious. I also order buffalo tenders. Not only was it a good mix of some pretty big pieces and some nice smaller ones, it was all white meat tender chicken it was seasoned perfect with the right amount of the buffalo sauce and it came with fresh celery and some blue cheese. There's nothing more I could say about this experience it was excellent. And they are now stored in my phone as good food and then the name three countries. So I will remember easily where to find them in my contacts. when you're open for delivery this late your food doesn't even have to be this good. So what a treasure this place...

The food was great but their employees need to be trained on being more customer service oriented. I ordered my food from their online ordering vender called Menustar. I ordered at 11:45 pm . I called them at 2:40am and they said they never received my order. I asked for it to be refunded and they said I would need to go thru menustar for delivery. I called again and they said they found it this time and I said I would just pick it up and asked for them to refund my delivery charge. The women on the phone was very rude and unhelpful . When I went to pick the food up she walked away while I was talking to her, this red head women . They gave a 2-liter soda for my inconvenience. I reached out to menu star and they never reached back out to me so I went through my bank for a refund. Horrible customer service and they made minimal efforts for my unsatisfactory experience. The food was also kind of expensive for what I order which was a small pepperoni pizza and 10 buffalo wings which came to $33 including the $5 delivery fee. Would never order...

The female phone girl on Tuesday night 7pm is HORRIBLE I was told I couldn't have my order replaced because she was bothering the owner I've been in them is business for 15 years. I've NEVER told my customers I was bothering the owner. If an order was messed up I gladly refunded or replaced the food or both if the owner says. We ordered beef tacos on hard shell and were sent steak on soft shell never advised the do not offer hard. When asked about the mix up we were told the ground beef is always steak... but the beef on the nachos was burnt but it was ground beef in place of wiz the order had American cheese and the nachos almost broke my mother's tooth. The club sandwich was soggy disgusting and I was not able to hold the sandwich. The fries were undercooked.
