To start off, this was such an amazing experience!! Federico made everything impeccable. So I was searching, searching, searching for a place to take my mom for a pasta making class for her birthday. It was really difficult to find somewhere that hit every mark I was looking for. Location, food menu, price, style….it was a process! Then I somehow came across Federico’s Italian Table on Instagram, which also had his website linked. I decided to message him, and he got back in touch right away and just had everything I was looking for! We didn’t fully know what to expect when arriving, but it was beyond wonderful! Federico had the table set with some meats, cheese, grapes, bread and beverages. The kitchen was all ready waiting for us with all the ingredients ready to go. My mom, sister and I went and we all took turns and helped making caponata, potato gnocchi, basil pesto, and tiramisu for dessert!! Federico was such a patient, knowledgeable, sweet instructor. He kept such a clean kitchen the entire time. We never ever felt rushed which was so accommodating. He explained everything to us, he told us about his Italian background.He was so professional, passionate and such a pleasure to be the person to teach us how to make our first homemade pasta!!! As we ate, every bite was so delicious and flavorful, we just were so happy. So I recommend Federico’s Italian table class to anyone who loves a good meal, an unforgettable evening and a wonderful instructor! Thank you again so much. You never know what to expect when you sign up for a cooking class. Who will be there? Will it be clean? Will I get to participate? Will I learn anything? Well Federico's class checked all the boxes. He welcomed my friend and me into his home to make Gnocchi, Caponata, and this amazing strawberry dessert. He was organized and professional. The two other guests were delightful. After preparing our meal which we could now easily reproduce at home, we sat down to a lovely lunch with total strangers, had great conversation, and easily relaxed into what was offered to us. This review is long overdue! Back in March I had a cooking event with Chef Federico. I hosted this cooking event for my clients (a group of about 10 people) at his home. We had such a great time and the food was AMAZING. The menu we chose was Mediterranean Panzanella Salad, Potatoes Gnocchi and chocolate mousse. After apps, cooking and enjoying our meals, Federico surprised us with tiramisu as well for dessert! It was the best tiramisu I've ever had. My cleints let me know that they couldn't have had a better time. I highly reccomend Chef Federico- Italian Kitchen for anyone looking for a sensational meal and the perfect group activity.
