Pep Bowl — Local services in Philadelphia

We booked PEP Bowl for our Employee Appreciation event and it was fabulous! From speaking with the staff at PEP Bowl, I had a very positive feeling. We arrived about 15 minutes early and the place was already opened and had the A/C going which was great because it was almost 90 degrees outside. They had set up two large tables for our food, which we brought with us and were easily able to put everything out. The decor is outdated (they do have updated computer score boards though) but everything was nice, clean and fresh. We had about 22 people with plenty of seating on benches and tables with pull out seats by the lanes. We ended up only using 4 of the 6 lanes and had a great time! We held our son's 5th birthday party here and it was a fantastic experience. Very low-key and easy. We rented 2 lanes for 2 hours and BYO pizza, water, snacks, cake, balloons. They set us up on the 2 lanes farthest from the door, which meant we were out of the way of the 30th birthday party in the other lanes. The kids had a blast, the adults could easily sit or roam and socialize, and the staff were so great. They had enough shoes for all 15 kids, plus our adults and the other party's adults. The reservation (and reschedule - kiddo got sick on the first date) were so easy. They were cleaning up from a prior party when we got there, so we had a nice pristine area for our party. updating review from 4 years ago Love it here. Perfect for events. We've bowled here on several occasions and they will always be my go-to. Shawn was accommodating and attentive the entire time. We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here- the turnout was about 10 more heads than those that RSVP',d. The more the merrier and we had enough food and bevs for all. Shawn, again, was so easy to work with & understood that we did not plan on such a big group. We were so happy. The kids bowled the entire time and everyone enjoyed themselves.
