Wawa — Restaurant in Philadelphia

When y’all fire the little Muslim girl I’ll give you 5 stars again I promise . She is so pathetic first of all she’s young so she’s more focused on trying to be cute and having a nasty attitude . Her boyfriend came in the store and they were talking at the register but they was ignoring the customer so her boyfreind said take this customer , why did your boyfreind have to tell you to take me and he wasn’t even buying anything . And then she rolled her eyes inasked her for the product behind the counter and she didn’t know what it was the other guy had to get it for me . I handed her my id and instead of handing it back she put it on the counter top like she was better then me I can’t stand these disgusting little girls these days they try way too hard to be cute she was just showing off for her boyfreind . I called the manager and they said she was new and I figured she was new because I been coming to this Wawa for years and never had a problem the customer service is always amazing at least for me!!! I always do surveys aswelll and I should have did her survey and gave her a bad one . She was so nasty and disrespectful I hope y’all get rid of her becuase she’s not focused on the job she just be sitting there looking stupid trying to be cute and flirting with her boyfriend while they both looked at me like filth . The security guard guy also seems like he has a problem cause im transgendered and he gives me dirty looks the light skin guy these two need to go …. No one should feel uncomfortable walking into a store you gonna meet all kinds of people find a diverse staff that’s less judgmental it’s the reason your store could be doing better if you make those changes b. Send that security gaurd to another store he don’t do nothing and tired to fit in with the younger crowd which is unacceptable . The female security gaurd speaks to me every time and she’s very kind along with most of the staff but these two I just mentioned gotta go!!!! I will increase the stars to a 5 star rating once...

Today I was at this wawa. GHETTO as hell. I came In happy. Soon as I walked over to order my food one of the cashiers said to another employee "I know yall mad because yall gotta cook, (gave me a dirty look) mind you, me and my fiance wete literally the only ones in the sypre at the time. She also said "glad I'm not back there to make food lol ". So rude and continued to say smart things about me. It was my first time there and this experience was horrible. I got home opened up my food. I ordered a tuna hoagie the plastic u wrap it with was in the food. I asked for pickles and it was all on one side. Tuna on the other. I was livid. Hopefully I can change this star. Because other wawas I've been to were really great. (WENT BACK) the manager on the next shift was awesome..fixed it herself and was very sweet.. that was around...

About a week ago I went in to order some food... When I went to the register to pay for the food I noticed that I left my wallet in the car, so I asked the cashier if he could give me a second while I ran out to get it (I was the only customer in the store during my whole encounter) he was really rude he rolled his eyes and asked if I could hurry up because he has stuff to get done. When I got back (which took no longer than a minute) he was still rude he handed me my money and stormed off. But there was a young girl in the food part who was really sweet and apologized for him. My panini was neat and taste... I don't remember her name but the rude guys name was David. I do if ill go back during late night. But morning shift is...
