Today we went to Wendy's again after picking my grandson up from school and I placed an order in the Drive-Thru line as always. When I got to the w pick up window I let the person know that in the last month three of my orders have been wrong first time I was missing two fries, second time I was missing 10 chicken nuggets because I had ordered 20 the third time I was missing a whole meal. So I asked that they double check the order and make sure everything is there before I got it When I got to the house I found one of the baconator burgers was missing and called Wendy's to make them aware. I let the person know who answered the phone that I was putting in a complaint as this is three times now my orders been messed up and I asked him to double check the order and still it was not complete. The person stated that they would check the order and said that I was yelling and needed to stop yelling in her ear. I had not raised my voice. The woman stated I asked for the son of a baconator and was not charged for a baconator Junior I let them know my bill is $45 and I was charged for both. And that this is the third time of this happening. I asked to speak to the manager. The woman then stated to stop yelling and her ear and that she was the manager. I explained her tone was the one who was raised she was the one who was yelling my tone is staying even and I am making her wear of how many times my orders been messed up through her store. The woman with a race voice stated that they didn't charge me for the burger and she said I was yelling I asked to speak to the person above her and was told to call back in the morning and then the phone was hung up on me. I called back later to ask for the manager's name and I was told oh well she went home for the day. I said even though she went home I still wanted her name. I was told the manager's name is Cynthia I asked for Cynthia's last name and I was told the employee did not know her last name. I stated you don't know your managers last name she said no and hung up on me. This did sound like the same woman I spoke to earlier who was...
Read moreI went through the drive thru yesterday with my son and the young lady who took our order was extremely rude. I knew from the very second that she spoke through the intercom. It was going to be rough. She asked what we wanted and as soon as I started ordering she cut me off and said give me a second. After a little bit, she came back and asked me for my order. I told her what I wanted, but she never asked me what we wanted to drink and she said drive up, so I said do you need to know what type of drinks we want she then said ugh what 3 Drinks do you want. I told her repeatedly that I only ordered two meals. When we finally got back straightened out, she told me to pull up to the window. When I drove up, she handed me two drinks and then told me I had to back away from her and back up to a red pole behind me to wait for my food to be prepared. I have never heard of anyone asking you to back up and wait in a drive-through when their car is behind you. Luckily, there was a little bit of space and I did as she instructed and she had us sitting there for a minute, then she stuck her hand out the window and said move up. She then took a bag that was sitting on the counter next to her and handed it to me. She did not say anything else. She just closed the window. Needless to say, I will never spend my money at that establishment again I should’ve just asked for a refund...
Read moreI went to this Wendy's on Adams Ave and have been several times before. Never had any issue before. This time was very unusual and poor customer service. I arrived at 10:35am and went through drive thru. It was 1 car ahead of me. Waited a long time for someone to ask for my order over speaker. I was told breakfast ended and food thrown out although poster showed breakfast and lunch starts at 11am. I said I would order lunch menu which is what my minor son wanted. Rep informed me again that lunch start at 11am. I asked what was I supposed to do and she suggested to leave drive thru line and wait until 11am and come back around. By this time another car was behind me. I know they have to switch menu's but if it is 10:35am keep limited breakfast items until 11am. Pointless to throw it out if the drive thru and store is still open. Otherwise speak to company about closing down for an hour to switch to lunch. I was very disappointed and went to the Wendy's on Cottman Ave. That Wendy's location is always ready. All this to say figure out a better system Wendy's on Adams Ave because that isn't...
